Join the new world

It's time. It's time for me to start thinking about my political future here in eRep. Where do I want to go? What do I want to do? How will I achieve these goals? Which party will give me the platform to achieve them? These are all questions that I will be thinking about over the next week or so. With my half hearted attempt at running for CPP party all but over, I reflect on my past month as party president and what I was able to accomplish.

For the first time in a long time, the Canadian Paradox Party became relevent in congress. With 9 congress members, we were able to show that we were, are, no one's little brother. Our numbers are up! Thanks to the work of Angry Mob Man, we have more members now than we did before the invasion of eCanada. For the 5th consecutive month, a member of the Canadian Paradox Party was elected as Canadian Prime Minister. A party platform is being developed and we have one of the most active party chats as well.

We, the CPP never needed to have the most members or the most power, we just wanted a voice and now we have that. Some of you may be asking why I didn't bring these up before running for a second term as Party President and that's because I didn't really want the job. I wanted to hand the job back to Hagen as he had originally had wanted, things would probably be different right now, and that's cool but it leaves me questioning how committed people really are to the party when even the founder backs out.

For now it's time for me to sit back, relax and let the good times roll.
