IT JUST DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER

With Ireland declared as our "Natural Enemy" earlier in the week for a whole +10% Bonus the exchange is LOSING NORTHER IRELAND AND POSSIBLY SCOTLAND. Great call.
On another note, a Canadian President Addy Lawrence has his eyes set on our oil fields being held by France and at the same time has their eye on France's oil field's. With that being said I'm really quite concerned about the CP's and their inability to be diplomatic. It seems that the teenage leadership vocabulary is "Natural Enemy", "Embargo", "War", and "Forums". We've been wiped twice under the current leadership and with the candidates it's not going to get any better.
My Policy is this if I were President:
Ireland has the right to exist with Northern Ireland under U.K. control
Ireland and U.K. will remove all trade embargo's from each country
Ireland and U.K. will no longer declare each other Natural Enemies
Import taxes on certain goods will be lowered to spur "Fair Trade".
As regards to France:
France will have the right to exist
France will return U.K. captured territories
France and the U.K. will remove all trade embargo's
France and the U.K. will not longer declare each other "Natural Enemies"
Import taxes on certain goods will be lowered to spur "Fair Trade"
As President for a WHOLE 30 DAYS the concept of "Pax Britannia" will replace "war", "natural enemy", and "embargo".

That's a given, they're obviously only allies for as long as they can use one another. I do wonder how stable TEDEN is with their massive size, we'll see in a couple of weeks.. everyone wants the 100% bonus.. only a few countries can get it.
Every country can get it but it requires two significant commitments.
First, the countries that are serious about it have to share and respect one another when RW's come up.
Two, the countries in play have to be reduced to the mathematical minimum that can sustain 100% bonuses.
But isn't that a utopia? Conflict is part of human nature. Even if agreements were made, it's highly unlikely every country would honour them.

I don't think the UK is in any position to make such demands or achieve any of these goals.

I think people would be more interested to know how you would accomplish this diplomatic feat and seeing as canada is the only nation you left out of your manifesto it would be easy to presume you intend to try to attack and spead ito it. Since they are allied to both france and ireland the rest of your manifesto would be therefore mooted and you would be back to square 1 ....
If I where (and i really dont have a clue about this game tobe honest) your leader I would make a deal with eIreland and give them both N.I and scotland for the medium term in exchange for border security, thereby stopping any canadian or US advance. I would then bring to bere a full assualt on france with the aid of spain.
Im not sure if this would work to be honest , i dont really understand the game mechanics 100%
