Communication between all of our nations must flourish once again. And no matter how many spammers get in the way, the good outweighs the bad on this issue EVERYTIME. Spammers can be ignored. The rest of us crave for international communication once again. To learn about other cultures. Send public notes between governments. Or to just make some new friends.
