eMalaysia are having tough time now, with the invasive eindon wiping us out of the eWorld map.
And it will happen in within 10 hour time now.
However tough the situation might be, we are now in the preparatory phase of the Resistance war against eIndon after annihilation of eMY.
So...
We really need that money (100 gold & 55000 MYR that you draw out from 'central bank of malaysia') for our preparatory phase.

Why is it so hard to check facts and actually talk to people? Vikta has not stolen the money, nor has he moved it to his personal account. It was moved to a GOVERNMENT ORG, protected from deletion. It's there along with more governement money. eMalaysian rulers can have access to ANY or ALL of it just by asking Vikta and telling him what the money will be used for. This is done in order to prevent stupid spending you've known to do, and to protect large amounts of gold from getting stolen.
Furthermore Vikta is in Brisbane, stuck in the current floods in Australia, and can't at this very second get to the computer and defend his honour. I suggest you delete this slanderous article and wait for an opportunity to talk to Vikta and tell him why you need the money. You can also turn to me, if you're curious about the fact whether or not all of it is intact.
Regarding the amounts you have there, the MYR amount is actually closer to 43k, and regarding the forum topic, only congressmen or higher can access it, so there is no way for regular citizens to check what this so called congress is doing. Please fix that.

i do not like this kinda overprotective procedure. It is hampering eMY progresses and it is very inflexible in emergency situations.
1) i sent a single line sentence to Vikta 2~3days ago before the floods. He could have just reply with yes or no and stated the reason all together. But he didn't give me a single words. He is not responsive.
He give me no sense of SECURITY at all. (With all the eMY money at his hand.) If you think this is protecting eMY interest, think again.
2) Emergency situations will not wait for unresponsive players. Having an unresponsive player to save guard money will be hinder.
3) If GOVERNMENT ORG does not belongs to a current term GOV will not be a GOVERNMENT ORG.
All and all, for the sake of eMY. Please return all the money belongs to eMY.

As long as you run public smear campaigns (in this case against one of the oldest eMalaysian citizens, and asically the founder of the country) you will have no sympathy from me. Delete this and the other article on the topic and I will gladly take the discussion with you on the forums, in order to reach a solution that everyone can be happy with. As long as you keep insulting a man like Vikta, I can't respect the things you say.
And I have no personal problems with you, as I believe mansour has used you and mislead you for his own personal goals. I respect your involvement in the country and hope you won't be discouraged to continue your work. I do hope that you will listen to reason in this case, and take a more gentle approach in the future.

No Nevvven, this article was not intended to belittle Vikta.
i did not accuse him of stealing the money from the GOV, but just asking him to return the money.
This article was create to get full attention of Vikta to this issues, since he ignore my PM to him before the flood.
So i create a better PM for Vikta (for him to acknowledge this issues more seriously).
Nevvven, how players view this articles are depends on personal opinion.
I do doubt that other players view this message same way as i did.
