Lower Austria
Our ally, Slovenia - whom we've been helping out in Russia - has asked for Lower Austria from Hungary. Well we all knew they'd do it. Phoenix said no to Slovenia though, so it appears like we will be able to get it back once we oust Hedera.
Burgenland
Hungary has stated that "you will get all your regions back" but there is debate going on from within the Hungarian government, about whether or not to falsify the above statement and keep Burgenland as a region for training wars. Now, it is has been a primary aim in eAustria to get Burgenland back and has been an aim since we lost it. The only benefit to us is the fact that it is an original region of Austria.
Upper Austria, Salzburg and Styria
We will apparently get these regions back once we oust Hedera and get a decent president.
As we all know, Hungary has attacked our country but there are valid reasons for this. In fact the Shadow Government support the invasion as an attempt to help us. The reasons for the invasion are:
~ To bring the number of regions down to an acceptable amount in order to limit the number of PTOers and eCroatians getting into Congress.
~ For Hungary to get to Western Europe to aid the French and Germans in getting back their regions.
~ To impeach Hedera after the hopefully successful Congress Elections.
Now, Hungary has stated that we will get our regions back after these events but there is debate in the Hungarian government about keeping Burgenland for themselves (they never keep to their statements).
Hungarian attack is going to stop for now though, we will keep Tyrol, Carinthia and Vorarlberg.
The Foreign Minister of Ireland has agreed to help us out whenever we ask. This'll be in the form of sending military help to Austria or other countries in order to help us and our neutral status. This is not a MPP.
The president of Serbia has also agreed with the same tactics.
Discussions with France about an alliance or military help is inconclusive at this moment. Discussions are likely to continue with the Foreign Affairs Minister of France.

all your friends are pheonix. you're letting hungary,(the boss of pheonix), hold your regions. You're going to let Hungary get into western Europe.
Neutral would be favoring neither side. You guys are clearly not neutral.

We are no longer neutral. Definition of neutral does not mean not being in an alliance. From the moment we ended the war with Croatia, we moved out of neutrality.
My belief that the Shadow Government is not on the same page sticks with me. You can't just put everyone into one government that are looking to go down a different path.
That is why I havent requested to become a member of this Shadow Government. If you really wanted to help, you just do it the same way without forming this whole Shadow Government thing. Simply meet up on IRC and discuss it, you dont need to go under a name or whatever.

EDEN forced Austria to cooperate with Phoneix when they PTOed and attacked the country.
Neutraity doesn't mean doing nothing.
My enemy's enemy is my friend.
But did EDEN force to let hungary control regions after we did what we came to do? Did we make you guys agree to let hungary into western europe? Did we at any time actually want to keep ur regions? The answer to all of those questions are no. We just wanted to land swap 1 country over. you would have gone back to normal after we finished.
The two wars with EDEN have destroyed our Q5 hospitals (both times this was in no way necessary to fulfill your goals) - just tell me how exactly we should prevent eHungary from taking our regions with no MPPs and no chance to heal?
Ask for Help. We could supply you. But your government gave in to hungary.
Our official government is an EDEN-PTO - so you should have no problems then, right?

I relize this because "neutral nations" never seem to be neutral. We couldn't let you say no. So why is hungary holding regions? Wouldn't EDEN support people who are their own PTO?

Days before Croatia offered us a deal for passage, PHX offered us an almost identical deal to attack through us to Croatia. We turned down both, but it was Croatia that decided to ignore what we said and do it anyways, invading us.

From Hungary's perspective, they do not want Poland/Croatia to swap through. The current government of Austria is an EDEN TO and will let them through if they have the chance, and Hungary doesn't want to take that chance.
From the Austrian governments perspective? Its not not exactly that they are "letting" Hungary stay, its that they already destroyed all the country's infrastructure themselves and stuffed their own pockets with money while letting all MPP's expire. They cant really do anything to stop Hungary from advancing, because they tied their own hands.
From the Shadow Government's perspective? We were the ones that said no to both PHX and Croatia, but are - by definition - out of power at this moment. I'm not sure why you are accusing us of "letting Hungary through" when we aren't in the position to even do that. We want the president impeached so we can start to rebuild the country and return to being an independent country.
