Dear Indian citizens,

This is an official thank you letter from myself as North Korean Ambassador to India on behalf of the North Korean citizens and of Congress. It is with great pleasure that the citizens and Congress of North Korea would like to express their gratitude for the help of the Indian Armed Forces in thwarting the political takeover by a rogue Hungarian group. We are pleased to announce that with your help, non-PTO candidates secured 22 out of 40 congress seats, thus giving the citizens with North Korea's best interests at heart a chance to build this great nation. We owe India a debt so great and we hope our friendship as Asian neighbours is welcomed by the Indian citizens and its Congress. We hope to co-operate in the near future and also wish the new Indian Congress a productive term of office.
