Israeli Gains and Losses

Day 2,786, 20:53 Published in Israel Argentina by Yosef Tzvi

In the early morning hours today, IDF forces successfully liberated the Tel Aviv Yafo region from occupying Egyptian forces. The IDF and allied troops marched down Tel Aviv streets like Dizengof and were welcomed by tens of thousands who threw flowers and broke into tears young and old, taking heart in knowing they were not left behind and forgotten.

However, hours following the operation, the Egyptian invasion proved too much and too coordinated for IDF forces to hold the Negev and Gaza regions which have now fallen back under Egyptian control. Tens of thousands followed the IDF as they pushed into Tel Aviv as the populace in the south attempted to flee the invasion.

Egyptian armed forces executed several air raids and missile attacks on Be'er Sheva. The hospital and two army bases in the city have been completely destroyed. The city is without power or running water. The streets are panic-ridden.

Egyptian forces have now turned towards the Tel Aviv region once again to bring all of Israel under Egyptian Dictatorial control. The Israeli Government has escaped and is assumed safe on the government plane which houses the Prime Minister and Cabinet as well as the heads of the Israeli Army, Navy and Airforces.

Fighting is fierce as bombs and missiles pummel Tel Aviv. Citizens have fled underground to bunkers and are sleeping there for the night as explosions rock the city and sirens wail.

The Israeli Government has urged calm and perseverance in spite of the Egyptian onslaught.
