We both now that there are fractions who are not familier with that NAP.
Romania has political issue also which rises from their current situation between proTWO and exEDEN and their main problem is Hungary. We knew that before but their dissatisfaction highered when they saw Hungary as big empire and Romania so tiny.

Mate Freegigi is Romanian RL so he can do what he wants.

We have Norwegian, Argentinian, Colombian, Greek, Romanian, Mexican, Canadian, Portuguese (that I know of) people in MEK.
