Is Canada military strong enough?

Take a look at the stats:

General Military Politics Economy Society
14. Argentina 6505 4071 418 1376 1058
15. Canada 5819 3375 388 1385 1058
16. France 5280 3860 254 701 719

As you see Canada has more points in economy but Argentina has a huge lead in military. Actually we have less military points than Frace. So I decided to take a look at our military statistics:

Canada's Military Statistics Sep 07 (by Romanian newspaper Vere Mundus)
Population - 776
Army - 470
ASS* - 3.02
Army Density - 36.15
Military Service - 60.56%

We have a less than average percent of Military Service. Countires like UK, Sweden, Indonesia has almost 70%. So if we want to be strong, more new people should join our military forces.

And it's happening. According to the stats we have only 53,76% on Military Service a few weeks ago. And it was almost the worst rate.
