Do not spam the chat.
The chat screen is shared by everyone around you or whoever you are messaging. Not everyone wants to deal with your spam. This includes commands as well.

Warning from a moderator.

Kick From the Channel.

Week Ban from the Channel.
 
Commenting on kicks/bans in ePakistan Channel to any player is not allowed.
Sometimes you can see people laughing when they see somebody getting punished by an admin,  this is not allowed. As everyone is respected even a person who get punished. If you have any obligation contact the moderator who kicked the player.

Pornography will lead to a temporary ban (permanent if repeated)
Posting any type of Pornography, images videos etc.

No Racism/Discrimination
Any type of racism and/or discrimination on the forums is prohibited.
 
Discrimination: Treatment or consideration of, or making a distinction in favor of or against, a person or thing based on the group, class, or category to which that person or thing belongs rather than on individual merit: racial and religious intolerance and discrimination.
Racism: a belief or doctrine that inherent differences among the various human races determine cultural or individual achievement, usually involving the idea that one's own race is superior and has the right to rule others.
Example:
Anything against religions.
Anything against different races.

Warning.
Second Offense
Warning, temporary or permanent Ban from Channel depending on severity.
 
 
No Harassment towards other players
Threatening the Channel or player(s)

1st time – Kick & ban half an hour.
2nd Time - 7 Day ban
3rd time - Perm ban
after that all depends on how the admin wants to deal with it.
 
Note All these rules are applicable on admins as well. If you see an admin breaking rules report it on forums.
 
Normal User’s;
Normal user have to keep discussion civil, not abuse fellow irc user neither to get into arguments in main Channel.
Trolling is allowed as long as it does not offend someone in real life or of offending nature to other present in channel.
 
Please remember this is just the default punishments, Admins will follow this list, As we hate all rulebreakers but we hope for them all not to follow this.
Also remember, This is only if break the rule once if you rule break alot or insult people alot etc it can be way more worse punishment.
 
 
Selection of OP/HOP/VOICE each term
 
President gets OP (which is for the term only)
Vice President gets OP(which is for the term only)
Cabinet gets HOP (which is for the term)
All Congress Members get a Voice (which is for the term only) 
Allies Representatives and Foreign Ambassadors will have voice.
 
Selection of ADMINS.
All ADMIN access(OP/HOP/VOICE) will be given through forums, application process. The individual applying should have never been banned or kicked due to breaking of IRC Rules
 
Admins can only be selected through 100% agreement of exisiting level 1000 admins and owner
If an Admin abuses his power or insults a user min is 1 week removal of admin max is permanent
 
 
IMPORTANT -  Any warning from an Operators/administrator in-Channel, must be followed. Even if you think they are wrong However you can always feel free to report an administrator if you believe they are abusing their powers. You can do that by sending a complaint on the Admin Complaints forums.
