Are you tired of daily work and just click arround to eat & train? IRC channel #ireland is the right place for you.

This is the official channel of the eIrish community and the right place to learn new things, meet people, learn about all the important events in the country and the world or just spam and troll.


:: Commands in chat:

The channel can be accessed by clicking on this LINK, enter your erepublik nick, click on Connect and you will be directed to the #ireland channel.

To enter the other channels, type:
/join #channelname

The most commonly used channels are:
#ireland - main eIrish community channel
#IrishArmy - main Army channel

Apart from going to another channel, you can enter in a private conversation with someone.
To open a private conversation with some type
/query nick

If you want to change your nick, let's say, from noob123 to noobmaster enter the comman😛
/nick noobmaster

To delete all text in the chat window type the comman😛
/clear


:: ChatZilla - User setting:

A much simpler way to use the chat using ChatZilla. This is the official add-on for Firefox, which you can download HERE


1st Start ChatZilla (Tools / ChatZilla)


2nd Connect to Server
- Type /server irc.rizon.net


3rd Adjust to you automatically connect to the server when you turn on Chatzilla.
- Right click on irc.rizon.net and select 'Open This Network at Startup'


4th Connecting to a channel
- Type /join #ireland


5th Set that you are automatically connected to the channel when you turn on Chatzilla.
- Right click on the #ireland tab and select 'Open This Channel at Startup'


6th Setting the nick.
- Enter your erepublik nick /nick yournick


7th Register a nick.
- Register your nick /ns REGISTER nick(type your nickname) pass(type your password)
- With this registration you protect your nick, and no one except you can use it then.


- Pick a password you wont forget and make sure to use a valid e-mail adress because afther you type the register command you will get an authentication code (auth.code).
- When you get the password (auth.code), go back and write in ChatZilla:
/ns CONFIRM auth.code


8th Set up automatic identification.
- To identify you over the command /msg NickServ IDENTIFY password you have to do this every time you get on the network.
- To avoid it, take the following action(ChatZilla / Preferences)


- Click on irc.rizon.net, click on Lists, click Add, enter the command, OK, click Apply. The command is entered without slashes "/"


After this, as soon as you turn on ChatZilla, automatically connects to the channel identified with the nickname. Only one click.

NOTE: This tutorial is taken from the eCroatian newspapers so if some commands on the screenshots are different as in the text ignore it.
