Invitation to All Parties and Citizens of the Republic for Union! Please Read!

I'd like to warn you that this one is a long article. But, I kindly request your few minutes in order to meet the new direction in our political movement. As it's supposed to be a critical actor in the politics of the Republic, some minutes may be worth for it. Thanks in advance.

Dear comrades, fellow Czech citizens,

Yesterday, in my article, I mentioned about the necessary changes in the economic, political and legal area where we need to put things on their way again. I just said that we rest on dialogue and cooperation without looking at political orientation of a citizen, but his/her ideas and contribution to our cause, which is establishing a more democratic, stable and peaceful country.

In order to do that we start by defining e-socialism and separating it from RL theories which have no relation or area of implementation in the game. In our opinion, the principles of e-socialism occur as three columns: freedom of speech, right of working in a job which lets you sustain a good standard of living (an amount enough for accessing to enough food and weapon of good quality) and a fair economic structure where everybody can keep on working their companies without any exploitation or speculation in the market.

So, we are here to say that, we want to unite especially all leftist movements in the country and put an end to this separation between parties. All parties participating will be equal and free to express their ideas on a democratic platform. We will announce the way of this transition. For now, we are not sure on the name of the new structure, closing the other parties, or just accumulating the members to one party avoiding creating another one. Any contribution about the style of this transition is welcome.

For the beginning, we should say that we do not leave from our socialist structure and principals; but we are trying to come to a common ground in order to overcome the difficulties that our country faces. We learnt a lot from the mistakes in the past, and now it's time to implement those with the amendments and contributions coming from all Czech citizens. Saying that it’s unwontedly a long article, let me start with the economic structure we propose, which is the most problematic and important area.

Economic Structure



As experienced many times in the history, unplanned radical changes bring suffering more than prosperity to countries. So we start by establishing a more profound economic structure which may please everyone in the country while preventing exploitation of workers.

1) The importance of private sector in weak economies of e-World has revealed itself with the harsh results we had previously. And, also a totally controlled economy is restricting the possibilities of production, import and exports which also harms the stability of economy.

So, we are supporting an open economy rather than a closed and controlled one, which is also open to state intervention when needed. This necessity is supposed to occur when the balance between wage and production is destructed by speculations, supply cuts in order to raise prices to profit more, war times, etc. The state will provide cheap food via state companies which will force the private companies bring their prices to a moderate level. Except such times when a fair market is not possible, state will not intervene in the economy.

This point shouldn’t be understood as the state will lose its priority. The state companies will lead the economy by creating employment for all citizens and balancing the market. If needed, private companies can be subsidized by state to open new investment opportunities from which the country will also benefit and to bring stability to the market.

2) According to us, the main problem that our country faces in the economic area is the lack of enough production and (we can say “was”) unplanned high taxes. First of all, high taxes do not work well to establish equality in the market when your economy is not that strong to afford those taxes. So, no need to fear from high taxes in the future. We know that’s not the solution.

We will open state companies which will provide jobs and good wages to all people regardless their political orientation. To afford those “good wages” we need to activate the market, and the path to activate to market goes through consumption. While workers have good wages, they can buy from the market. When the companies earn what they should via this consumption, they will afford the wages and costs to keep on production. So, the vicious circle of RL capitalism seems to become a “fertile circle” in eRep mechanics. In order to attain this activity, we need to create enough companies which will be supplied from abroad, from companies which can offer cheap raw material. All arrangements are being established at the moment, so when we start opening state companies, there won’t be any problem of workforce or logistics.

3) Although we don’t want to put high taxes on companies and workers, a moderate rate of tax is needed to provide money to state for making MPPs and creating more jobs. So, after negotiations between company owners and the government, an adequate tax rate will be set by the Congress.

Political Area



We saw that if there is not dialogue and cooperation between parties, and there is a lack of participation to the decision-taking processes of governments, success and progress is not more than a dream for that country. Our aim is to establish this necessary atmosphere of dialogue and participation in the Republic.

1) We just want to cooperate with all parties in the country in order to establish a more stable and powerful structure. To the party which will be created soon, we invite everyone in the country who thinks they can contribute to the development of the country.

2) Freedom of speech, right to work and to access the market without any restrictions will be the three columns which will carry the political structure. Any action against these principles will be condemned and the party will cut its relationship with anyone who acts against these principles. We will stand against any kind of discrimination and hate speech.

3) Anyone who feels restricted in other parties when he/she tries to express his/her thoughts will find a place of freedom and participation for contributing in any ways.

4)Opposition will be considered not as an enemy to be defeated; but a beauty which is born from differences in the political spectrum. In that way, we socialists will have the opportunity to see our mistakes and correct them.

Army and Military



We have passed through many hard times during last few months. Two invasions from Polish and Slovaks, and lost regions in merciless battles. But, these experiences have taught us what we need to protect ourselves.

1) We will supply the market with cheap weapons of good quality via the state and private companies. This branch of production requires the closest cooperation of state and private sector due to the fact that state sector is too busy to provide the most essential thing to the people: food. State will prevent any exploitation which can be directed to the people of the Republic during wars, and will hold the opportunity of intervening the arms market in order to stop unfair profits. Functioning and logistics of the arms companies will be operated as in the food companies.

Foreign Relations

In eRepublik, one of the most important things for a country is to protect itself from foreign military actions directed to it. As being a small nation, we still cannot provide this capability of self-defence. So, the only way to peace in our lands passes through fields of hard international politics and diplomacy.

1) We will sustain our neutral position in international politics. But, we will focus on ending the disputes between our country and EDEN. The MPPs done with Phoenix countries don’t prove that we are supporting Phoenix countries and their purpose was protection from EDEN countries. When we end our problems with EDEN countries, these MPPs with Phoenix countries will become meaningless, too.

Conclusion

As I briefly (Am I kidding?) described above, our aim is to bring the Republic stability, prosperity and peace again. We believe that we can succeed that without leaving our main principles while cooperating with everyone in the country.
