Invasion of the UK [ENG]

The war for England
After delays in the planned invasion of Scotland, mostly due to several other conflicts interfering, Poland finally got their act together and attacked Scotland. On June the 24th Poland and USA made a joint attack on the British Isles, with USA attacking South West England and Poland attacking Scotland from their borrowed region in Norway.

The UK however wasn't exactly caught with their pants down, PHOENIX HQ had been informed about the situation long ago and the delayed invasion probably gave them a lot of time to plan a counter move. Shortly after USA and Poland attacked, UK and PHOENIX responded by letting the Netherlands region swap almost all of England. PHOENIX was aware of the fact that brute force alone couldn’t hold of a Polish invasion and decided to apply the “region block” tactic, however they failed miserably.

According to the UK President Mr Woldy there was no retreat button for the battle in Scotland and thus the block couldn’t be pulled off, as always when someone blames bugs there’s of course a big holabalola about the amount of truth in such a statement.



Polish troops are now moving through English regions held by Netherland. If they will go in for a strike against London is uncertain at the moment. Attacks on London have been made before but the last time one was pulled of EDEN failed to say the least and eventually where forced to sign a white peace with the UK after wasting tons of gold attacking.

To summarize the invasion of England so far it has been a disaster for the UK. English troops are left with a bunch of Dutch troops on their own soil while Poland is moving closer by the day. PHOENIX will have to act fast if they are to win this.



And furthermore, Poland will soon be in the possession of a new high resource thus finally satisfying its huge populations demand for a high resource and saving its economy. The plan will be to move in through Canada and either claim one of the Canadian regions or maybe a US region as both nations’ posses more high regions then they really need. This would mean that the largest country in eRepublik (population wise) would become even more powerful. After loosing Rhone Alps there has been many people wondering if Poland would be able to hold their status as eRepubliks mightiest country, a new high resource was needed and soon they will have one.

But what about those other attacks?
In the midst of the battles their have been some other confusing battles yes, these however can easily be traced to the invasion of England. Canada attacks France and Sweden attacks Germany simply to distract them from interfering with the attack on England, and also trying to claim a piece of the cake in the chaos.



Ireland attacking Canada is simply to “make way” for Poland. As Poland and Canada has an MPP together it would be a large time and gold waster for them to declare war. Ireland, as a nation with no MPP😒 with any of these two, will therefore attack Canada and region swap and then let Poland region swap with Irish held Canadian regions. Meanwhile the attack will work as a training war for Ireland.
