Introduction to fighting

Day 1,975, 02:11 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by HaydnMH

Having spent the previous week abroad in Spain I was quite surprised to see that the eUK had been wiped. With a little bit of help from Poland however I’m sure we can return the British Isles to the purple colour we’ve all learnt to adore. For those who are new to the game I thought I’d elaborate on how the fighting system works as it was something that took me awhile to get my head around.

The aim of the game is to rack up points by defeating enemy players and keeping the percentage of damage dealt above 50%. When this value is above 50% the winning team accumulates domination points once this figure reaches 1800 the battle is won. When a battle is won your division is allocated points (Division 1 one point, Division 2 two points, Division 3 three points and Division 4 five points). Once points are allocated a new battle begins and fighting starts again, once the point total reaches 83 the war is won and the winning country gains the disputed territory. The division you are placed in is dependent on your level (Division one 1-24, Division two 25-29, Division three 30-36, Division 4 37+).

Onto the actual fighting the battle screen displays you and your opponent the arrow icon allows you to change the weapon you are currently using to initiate a fight simply press the fight button. Fighting costs energy which can be recovered by consuming food five hundred energy can be recovered and then 10 energy every six minutes afterwards. Battles can be fought without weapons which will cause the greatest energy loss and won’t deal as much damage. The stronger the weapon the more damage dealt and the less energy used. Strength is also a key factor the greater your strength relative to your opponent the less energy you will lose. Once you reach 150 strength you have the ability to create bazookas which cause more damage. These are built from parts collected on the battlefield and from completing your daily order. Fighting increases your rank with each rank you gain a 5% rank bonus onto your attack.

Daily orders are given once you join a military unit (mu) and have fought ten fights. Daily orders involve fighting in a specific territory for 25 fights. Once you have completed these fights you receive the parts to create a bazooka and an energy bar which instantly replenishes 100 energy. You have to have reached the rank of sergeant to join a military unit. This concludes my overview of the fighting system if you have any questions feel free to ask and I’ll try to elaborate.

In other news congress elections are fast approaching (one week!), as a member of the Independent Alliance I’m hoping we can clinch a place as the 5th largest party in the eUK and earn our first directly elected congressman! I would like to thank the Unity Party for offering Twycross a position in congress.

Thanks for reading the article.
