Introducing, eIrish Boot Camp!

Our mission is simple;
To retain all new players.
To train all new players,
To make the game more enjoyable for new players,
And to build the future of eIreland.
This Boot Camp will not be a one way path. It will not lead directly to the Irish Army, Irish Citizen Army, any party, or anything else. This is simply giving our new citizens information, advice, and guidelines to be the most efficient player possible. We want to funnel new players in, then let them go free to enjoy the rich society of eIreland, prepared and ambitious.

There is unfortunately no system in place to do this.
Irasian and I are currently advising noobs, giving them supplies, and just helping them. However that is not enough.I am asking all of you to present ideas and advice to help us succeed.

For example a first month in complete tutorial on what to do, a guide to elections, a guide to irc, a guide to forums, economics, military strategy, and basically game mechanics. All of that information would be critical to developing our new players, and even older players.

We are still recruiting any new player who needs help, any mentor who will serve, and any donors who will help. Any help is appreciated, and until a working system is in place, we will do the best with what we have.
