Current News:

In the current news in Germany I have found that their MoD is changing some things. They are changing their colors for their alert system. This is how their new system would go.

"Security Level 1 (Blue): Training of war fighting, without weapons
Security Level 2 (Green): lowest priority fights with 1-2 weapons
Security Level 3 (Yellow): Medium priority fight with some weapons
Security level 4 (orange): high priority is fighting, if possible, fully armed, uses your bread Wellness
Security level 5 (red): Extreme Battle of very high priority. Uses as many weapons as possible, provoke not your bread from Wellness. Give it all!"

This system is for the normal citizens of eGermany. The army in eGermany would take orders differently. If you look at the article I linked there is an example of the animation that would show these warnings.
