Olá. Primeiramente, o mais importante: Eu sou Hugo Antonio e este artigo é um tanto extenso, mas o que os tópicos foram colocados por ordem de importância neste momento. Vou tentar manter o artigo o mais pequeno, claro e conciso que consiga. Ficaria eternamente agradecido que o artigo fosse traduzido para as restantes línguas dos restantes países, quanto mais, melhor. Se conseguissem traduzir, seria fantástico.

Primeiro, e mais importante:
Os últimos dias viram todo o Novo Mundo insatisfeito à luz de tantos acontecimentos, passados ou presentes. Muito foi dito, mas devido à censura pelos admins, tem sido extremamente difícil que os cidadãos se possam organizar e reunir no âmbito de tentar mudar as coisas para melhor. Este artigo foi escrito com extremo cuidado de modo a que não entre em conflito com as 3 leis.
Não tendo encontrado melhor maneira para quer o Novo Mundo se possa reunir, a ideia de criar uma organização internacional com membros de todos os países do Novo Mundo interessados, para que o Mundo, como um todo, possa debater ideias e possa criar maneiras para que essas mesmas ideias possam ser implementadas. Proponho que haja um representante por cada país e ele ou ela deverá ser nomeado pelo presidente de cada país (CP), decisão esta que deverá ser enviada por escrito, via mensagem através do eRepublik, para mim, Fundador da Organização Internacional pelos eCidadãos (IOeC – International Organization for eCitizens); os representantes ouviriam o povo e trariam as ideias mais brilhantes às reuniões da IOeC, ou cimeiras, que seriam convenientemente organizadas para que o maior número de representantes pudesse estar presente. Mais sobre este tópico está para vir, mas para manter o artigo o mais pequeno possível, continuemos.
O que está a acontecer no jogo já todos sabemos. A pergunta é: conseguimos fazer alguma coisa? E a resposta é: Sim. Pensem um minutinho na seguinte metáfora:
És dono de uma loja. Pessoas vão à tua loja. As pessoas gostam de ir à tua loja porque lhes ofereces algo que provavelmente outras lojas não têm, por exemplo, um chocolate sueco. Todo o tipo de pessoas vai à tua loja, quer sejam altas ou baixas, gordas ou magras, ricas ou pobres. Agora, imagina que colocas o chocolate numa prateleira mais alta e sobes o preço. As pessoas baixas ficariam revoltadas, enquanto que as altas provavelmente não se importariam; as pessoas ricas também ficariam, provavelmente, indiferentes em relação ao aumento do preço, mas talvez as pessoas mais pobres já não o pudessem comprar. Repete isto várias vezes, continua a colocar o chocolate mais longe, mais alto, e mais caro, até que todos finalmente percebem que o chocolate não vale a pena o trabalho e esforço!
Claro que os artigos estão a ser apagados, as pessoas estão a receber forfeit points, mas isto apenas pode ser interpretado como positivo para nós todos. Mostra que provoca algo em alguém. Isto não mostra indiferença. Não podemos ser ignorados pois somos o que mantém este mundo a girar. Sem pessoas o mundo não existiria. Sem clientes a loja não existiria. Podes dizer: Isto é só um jogo, não leves isto a sério! Mas exactamente por ser um jogo e estar a acontecer o que está a acontecer é que algo tem que ser feito. Os jogos são supostos serem divertidos, não aborrecidos. Entretêm-nos, não é suposto causarem-nos problemas. Podes dizer: Desiste, então, segue em frente. Muitos o fariam. A isso eu respondo: Muitos o fariam, muitos o fizeram, e muitos continuarão a fazê-lo. Eu estou cá para mudar isso, para mudar o jogo, nem que seja apenas virar um acento mal colocado.
Estou a escrever isto não para boicotar o eRepublik nem para pedir que não comprem Gol😛 a compra ou a não compra de Gold é vossa total decisão e mais ninguém deve ter opinião no assunto, mas reflictam se vale mesmo a pena comprá-lo se não estão a ser ouvidos? Já li as 3 leis literalmente centenas de vezes. Leio-as diariamente, estudo-as para que não as quebre. Mesmo assim já recebi 3FP’s. Este artigo é sobre “social interactions”, a criação de uma organização internacional para o benefício de todos. Não deve causar problema algum. Pelo contrário, meus amigos. Encontrei palavras que expressam o que penso:

A organização será dividida em:
1. Um grupo de 4 membros, o Quadro Executivo, que decidira todas e quaisquer acções que tenham que ser tomadas. O fundador, neste caso eu, será um dos membros desse grupo. Três outros membros serão designados oportunamente.
2. O Grupo dos Representantes, formado por todos os representantes de todos os países do Novo Mundo. O número de representantes deste grupo poderá variar.
3. O Grupo dos Presidentes. Todos os CP’s interessados em ingressar o IOeC no âmbito de colaborar com as outras nações, quer estejam, ou não, em guerra, para que todos os cidadãos possam beneficiar das decisões de todos. O número de CP’s também poderá variar, mas nenhum país está, inicialmente, proibido de entrar na IOeC. Todos são bem vindos, a não ser que sejam banidos.
4. Um grupo muito maior, que inclui todos os cidadãos: O Grupo dos Cidadãos. A IOeC não poderia acontecer sem a ajuda de cada um de vós. O vosso trabalho é encontrarem-se regularmente para que possam debater ideias, escolher de entre as melhores e levá-las ao vosso representante de país para que possam ser analisadas nas cimeiras. Caso não tenham representante de país, requeiram ao vosso CP que nomeie um.

Hello. First things first: I am Hugo Antonio and this article is a little big, but what is said first is what I'm placing as most important at the moment; I'll also try to keep this as short, clear and easy to understand as possible. I also would appreciate, if it’s of your interest, that you translate this article to your own language as best as possible, no hurries. If you could do that, that would be awesome.
First and foremost:
The past couple of days have seen the whole New World's dissatisfaction in light of so many past or current events. Much has been said, but due to censorship by the admins it has been hard for the citizens to gather and try to change things for the better. This article was written with extreme care so that it does not conflict with the 3 Laws.
Having found no better way for the New World to gather, I came up with the idea to create an International Organization with members from all the countries from the New World so that the World, as one whole, could debate ideas and create ways for these ideas to be implemented. I propose that there is one representative per country and he or she should be appointed by the Country President and the decision for the representative should be sent via message to me, the Founder of the International Organization for eCitizens (IOeC for short); the representatives would hear the people and would bring their best and brightest ideas to the IOeC meetings or summits, which would be arranged conveniently so that the most possible representatives could be present. More about this topic is to come, but for now, to keep things as short as possible, let us move on.
What is happening in the game, we already know it. The question is: can we do anything about it? And the answer is: Yes. Take a minute to think about this metaphor: You're a shop owner. People go to your shop. People like going to your shop because you offer them something that other shops don't have, for example, a swedish chocolate. All kinds of people go to your shop, whether they're tall or short, fat or thin, rich or poor. Now, imagine you move the chocolate to a higher shelf and also raise its price. The short people would be upset, while the tall people could only feel sorry for the short people, and perhaps help them occasionally; also, the rich people wouldn't mind for that the chocolate was more expensive, but perhaps the poor people couldn't afford it now. Repeat this over and over, until everyone realizes that the chocolate just isn't worth all the trouble!
Of course the articles are being deleted, people are getting forfeit points, but this is only good for us. It shows that it does provoke something on someone. This shows no indiference. We cannot be ignored as we are what keeps this world spinning. Without people, the world wouldn't exist; without customers the shop wouldn't exist. You may say: it's just a game, don't take it so seriously! But exactly because it is just a game, because games are meant to be fun and entertaining, not boring and problem causing! You might say: then quit, move on. Well to that I answer: This is the New World, why would I give up on the New World, if I can, at least, before anything, TRY, just TRY, to do something for the better?!
I am writing this not to boycott eRepublik and ask you not to buy gol😛 buying gold (or not) is your own decision to make. I found words that express nearly perfectly what I am doing. I've read the three laws hundreds, literally hundreds of times, I read them DAILY, I study them so that I don't break them. This article is about social interactions, the creation of an international organization in everyone's benefit. This shouldn't cause any problem, au countraire, my friends.

The rest of this article is solely dedicated to the IOeC, International Organization for eCitizens.
The organization will be divided in:
1. A four member group, The executive board, which will decide any and all necessary actions. The founder, in this case me, will be one of the members. Three other members will be appointed pat.
2. The Representative group, formed by all the representatives of all the countries in the New World. The number of representatives in the group will vary accordingly.
3. The President Group. All CP's interested in joining the IOeC in order to collaborate with the other nations, whether you're in war or not, so that all the citizens can benefit from the decision of all. The number of CP's in this group will also vary accordingly, but no country is prohibited from joining, no exceptions. What can happen is that they are banished, should a terrible event caused by them happen.

. 4. A much larger group, which includes all of the eCitizens, the Citizen Group. The International Organization for eCitizens couldn't happen without each of you. Your job is to meet regularly and debate any ideas, choose the best ones and suggest them to your country representative. Should you country have no country representative to date, you may request your CP to appoint one.
