Gentlemen,
I have called the Congress into extraordinary session because there are serious, very serious, choices of policy to be made, and made immediately, which it was neither right nor constitutionally permissible that I should assume the responsibility of making.
I most certainly believe in Dialogue and peace before war.
For 4 Months we have tried for Peace with China. For 4 months we have Tried to bring back the sovereignty of Pakistan. All efforts in vain.
For months we have struggled. Resistance wars were started Every Single day. Pakistan has fallen Again and Again.
What happens in Sindh falls? What happens if all of Kashmir falls? What happens if Punjab falls? What happens if Whole of ePakistan falls?
We will build a better Pakistan. We will build a newer Pakistan. We will build a greater Pakistan.
It is a war against all nations. Pakistan has sunk, Pakistani lives taken, in ways which it has stirred us very deeply to learn of, but the ships and people of other neutral and friendly nations have been sunk and overwhelmed in the waters in the same way. There has been no discrimination. The challenge is to all mankind. Each nation must decide for itself how it will meet it. The choice we make for ourselves must be made with a moderation of counsel and a temperateness of judgment befitting our character and our motives as a nation. We must put excited feeling away. Our motive will not be revenge or the victorious assertion of the physical might of the nation, but only the vindication of right, of human right, of which we are only a single champion.

Dear Countries of the eWorld,
Pakistan requires your immediate support to help against this menace Called China. The only forces it has stood against yet are the Koreans and Japan.
I tell them, Have you the power to face the mankind knocking at your door?
Citizens of ePakistan, I promise to you a free land, a Pakistan free of all foreign attacks or armies.
Already Many Military Units and Countries have pledged their support to the nation of Pakistan to fight this lingering Enemy.
To all other countries of the World, Are you with us?
We will remember not the words of our enemies but the silence of our friends...
Next arises the more practical aspect of this game.
You may ask, What is my cabinet? What is my team?

You may ask me what our motives are?
Well first of all take a look at this:

China needs Sindh more than anything.
If a successful Resistance war in any of the regions leading to Sindh is accomplished their resources bonus will be lost.
With a profound sense of the solemn and even tragical character of the step I am taking and of the grave responsibilities which it involves, but in unhesitating obedience to what I deem my constitutional duty, I advise that the Congress declare the recent course of the Imperial Chinese Government to be in fact nothing less than war against the government and people of Pakistan; that it formally accept the status of belligerent which has thus been thrust upon it, and that it take immediate steps not only to put the country in a more thorough state of defense but also to exert all its power and employ all its resources to bring the Government of the Chinese Empire to terms and end the war.
Other than that I plan to:
1-Create a central Government Newspaper publishing articles everyday updating the Citizens of Pakistan on all the activities of the Government.
2-Promote the Raw Material plan presented by Dodial. It seems very interesting and helpful.
3-Baby boom-
Not any baby boom dream like we've been shown by the past hundreds of people. We will exploit the Pakistani population of Facebook and social networking sites and Forums to get Players.
I was able to get 100 players by posting only 3 times on a Facebook page.
This program will be spear-headed by Me and hamis11. We hope for more ePakistani contribution to this project too.
