Strange developments popped up in the "Contracts" section of the eRepublic forum last night. A contract was put forward by Iranian Izirbat to purchase 500 gold from the personal accounts of eMerican president Nave Saikiliah. The strange part of said arrangment is not the sale itself, but the proposed purchase price of this gold. In exchange for the eRepublic currency Izirbat has agreed to pay $440 USD (real american tender, not the virtual variety). The contract has since been made legal and can be found by visiting the source below.
