Buenas!

Como no me gusta dejar en agua de borrajas las ideas que me surjen. Hoy mismo quiero empezar a trabajar y a desarrollar lo que propuse en el artículo de ayer.

Básicamente la idea consiste en revertir el malísimo ratio de permanencia de eEspañoles (sólo se quedan 2 de cada 10 nuevos ciudadanos).

Para ello, propongo lo siguiente:

1.- Creación de una Or llamada "Instituto de Ayuda al Novato".
2.- Búsqueda de uno o dos voluntarios por comunidad autónoma que se encargen de estar pendientes de los nuevos jugadores que nazcan en su comunidad.
3.- Estos voluntarios, "apadrinarán" a dichos novatos. Para saber los nuevos ciudadanos, basta con que una vez al día, el delegado de cada región, vaya a la página "Info - Rankings" y filtre por citizen, y se dirija a la última página del ranking. Allí estarán sus novatos.
4.- Una vez localizado el novato, se le enviará la solicitud de amistad y un mensaje poniendose a su disposición para cualquier duda que le surja y remitiendole a la wiki en español y al foro unificado.
5.- No debe bastar con este mensaje, sino que será obligación del delegado provincial el interesarse por la actividad del jugador y sus progresos, ya que si nadie muestra interés por los progresos del noob en cuestión, es muy facil que tire la toalla ante la compleja (si, en principio lo es) dinámica de nuestro pais.
6.- Como dicho trabajo de apadrinaje al noob, no deja de representar un esfuerzo personal, y que aunque no se trate de una gran pérdida de tiempo personal, ha de ser recompensado. De momento, y a la espera de que el ministerio de Integración contacte conmigo, aporto 20 de Gold al proyecto para hacer más interesante el participar de dicha iniciativa.


Bueno, una vez planteado el asunto, llegó la hora de ponerse en marcha. En primer lugar, pedir la colaboración de todos vosotros y hacer un llamamiento para que todos los interesados en participar de este proyecto, se pongan en contacto conmigo y me digan en qué comunidad quieren trabajar en la idea.

Según vaya recibiendo voluntarios, iré actualizando la lista de a continuación, asi que por favor, votad este artículo para que se mantenga en el top 5 estos dos días y podamos ver los progresos de la iniciativa.

Lo sueldos serán en función del nº de novatos que se hayan gestionado esa semana. Para saberlo, todos los voluntarios tendrán que enviar un MP los sábados con los nicks de los novatos "apadrinados" en la semana. Se pagarán 2 ESP por novato. Para "auditar" este trabajo, el director del instituto (no tengo porqué ser yo), se pondrá en contacto con los novatos listados preguntando por su padrino y poniendose a su disposición también.

Hello!

Today I begin to work and develop what I proposed in the article yesterday.
