Is anyone surprised at what the inept and overconfident American power structure has brought upon itself?

On the LOL note: Indonesians now have direct access to the best pot in the world while the remaining United States have to submit themselves to that inferior Canadian stuff; or the much-weaker output of the American midwest (there's a trading embargo against Indonesia you know).

Hehe Longbaugh I don't think you actually took the time to read the Media. Countless individuals and myself have said from the start this will not be an easy war and we will see losses as it is with every war. Did Germany not have the upper hand in each World War? Did the Allies not eventually shove Germany out? War is rarely far Mr. Longbaugh. PEACE can keep this up for only so long. Imagine how much money was put into the battle for California. Either the dirty Indos cheated to get Gold and weapons or they just spent a chunk of their money. I would like to see them tank a battle like that again, I doubt they will for some time or even could.

Uncle Sam and Benn Dover recently announced a philanthropic lottery where they give away their gold before they leave eRepublik. They claimed to have 2,000 gold between them. Imagine the gold that exists not only in the reserves of PEACE nations but also in the personal accounts of the many, many beta giants on their side.

8,000 gold is nothing.
