The Independent Council for Congressional Candidates Review met last night to come up with who should be supported for congress. We based this off how often they are active in their party, the eUS forums, and IRC. We also took into consideration how well they'd get along with other congressman and the types of arguments they make. This month the ICCCR was:
Citizenslave, Party President- Fed
DanielCD, Party President, LiB, Congressman- Wisconsin; United States Chief of Staff
Devan Kronos, PAC Director- USWP; Congressmen– Montana; United States Deputy Chief of Staff
Mattoze5, Past Party President and Former Congressman- CvP
Rheinlander von Phalz, Congressional Coordinator- AAP; Congressman- Arizona; United States Press Secretary
Kyle321n, Host of Fightin' 'round the World, Congressman- California, Former Speaker of the House

Wonderful work!
That's a list I can mostly agree with, personally. I'd be a bit more selective in leaving about 20% of those recommendations off, but I have ZERO problems with this outlay.
Very nice Congress for "Fightin Round the World"
😉
Cool story, bro
Three of the "strong" states contain UIP candidates, which accounts for the underrepresentation here:
Bill Brasky - New Jersey (Federalist Party)
Pikezh638 - Nebraska (Federalist Party)
Stormin - Vermont (United States Workers Party)
I am disappointed that the UIP was not asked to send representation to the ICCCR, as the previous ICCCRs have included non-top 5 parties. From listening to FRTW, it seemed many of these recommendations were made even though many of the people on the board were not familiar with the candidates; they were made because the Party memeber representing them successfully pleaded the case. UIP had no one to plead on its behalf. Although I do see a few non-Top 5 party candidates, I'm sure more would have made it on the list had the UIP, Democrats, and other parties had representation.
I was just going to say the same exact thing. I hate to sound like a poor loser, but the system is flawed 😕
Andrax and Kazeal, I too am upset by the lack of UIP recommendations, but the lack of representation of the UIP doesn't coincide with the lack of the UIP nominations. While in the past the ICCCR had 6th party representatives there was some limitations to how many people I could have.
As far as how the recommendations don't sound very familiar, it was mainly because I was unaware of the members. Had the USWP and Feds been on the show, it would have sounded a lot better but unfortunately they were unavailable after the recommendations.
That said, I agree, the system isn't perfect and looking at past ICCCRs we did the best we could with what we had. In a perfect system we could sit down in real life with every candidate and talk with them. Obviously that's impossible. My hope with this is that 75% of these people get elected and the ones who aren't on the list are so upset by their being left off that they go out and become even more active and become better players.
New Jersey, make sure your coin flip lands on Bill Brasky 😃
DIDNT VOTE, UNSUBBED.
kiddin'
Thanks for the support, good luck to all candidates
You could have called me to come on the show for the Feds, Kyle. 😛
Kyle,
Thanks for listing out the candidates in the strong states. It nice to have the strong UIP and Democrat candidates listed.
Meh... all the big names.
It's time to get a fresh perspective and see some new faces in Congress. Vote Vincenzo Macena for NJ!

Alright I got picked, now I just have to win...
Oh no, I wasn't recommended! 😮

I'll vote it anyways 😉
i enjoyed this.

Claire is running again? I didn't even know she was still playing this game. Last I had heard she had quit.
obviously, I should have been recommended in Virgina duh!
Yeah, this, too!

Thank you for the endorsement for RI! It's good to be working at home again!
Voted, of course 😉
I object to this. I was not even on the list in Hawaii.
As a voting member of this ICCCR, I can confirm that Jimmy Olsen's objection is legitimate. The committee voted on Hawai'i before Olsen declared candidacy in-game.
Hey guys, I just recently declared for Indiana. Perhaps you could give me a look. Thanks:

Ditto. Rather surprising tbh.
