Dear. eNorth Korea's people, we have time to rise up against China. Our economy has already collapsed, we have no resources. With all of our help, we can release our eNorth Korean capital and the country to be free. If you are a real country, around the capital riding with tanks, then we are sure we can be able to liberate the eNorth Korean capital. Unleashing the capital, we will begin to make peace with eChina, and a non-aggression pact which will help us to further improve the eNorth Korean economy and the people (players) population. At the moment we do not have a hard time when their territory, so we can combine all of our eNorth Korean army organizations and liberate our precious Pyongyang.
