Why Inci Came Japan?
Guys we are biggest respectable group in eRepublik as you know.We came here for helping Japanese panpas.Like what?
1-Increase Japan population.
2-Increase producing.
3-Increase Japan&Inci relations.
What's Your aim in Japan?
Aim of Inci is helping Japanese friends and representing Inci&Japanese friendship here.We are not racist people and we are helping Real japanese babies and Inci members.
Will you run for Presidency?
We don't want it now.But if we see some wrong facts we can run.Other way we don't really want it.
What you want from Japan?
We want to see you with us, if you want. You will get daily supplies and you will improve faster. When you're in trouble, you will take your supply also and many of your necessities will be provided by us.Our motto is "in ci we trust" as you know
We want you to quit your party and MU and join our pary and MU if u really want to play us.

Well, I've been spammed for Citizenshiprequests, which is not the way you can become JApanese.
Isotrk: you've got to learn the way of Japan dealing with things. You've got to RESPECT our traditions, our rules, or ways. What you say is wrong: it's NOT Japan who has to adapt to iNCi, but iNCi has to adapt to Japan. You shouldn't write us what we should do to make things easier for everyone, you should come to us and ASK what what you have to do in order to become Japanese.
This is not your country. This is OUR country. If you want to become part of OUR society, you have to respect OUR rules and you have to do things as it is done here. New ideas are fine, but first you have to learn to be Japanese and after that, only after this, if we like your ideas we might learn the way of iNCi.
Once again: you are coming to us, and not the other way around, we didn't come to you. If you want something, listen to what we would like to say.

@darshu, I think problem is lacking of dialog. we have to have more talking, more conversation and more respect.
Because İnci's aim is never be PTO any country, You can see many examples such as at Cyprus, USA or Brazil.
We have many members at these countries and these countries became more stronger and peaceful place by inci.
Darshu: i admit that you are right. we ARE trying to adopt ourselves since the first day we came here. there are just a few communication problems that should be solved. you will see that we are on the same page and want to do same things with you.

You have spent exactly 1 minute on eJapan.
I admit when you all came at the same time, we got frightened and now the people don't trust you. But you still have one man who you can talk to, so there's a way. Now all you have to do is to stay there more than a minute the next time. It would be a nice start. I also recommend you to visit our forums. We can still fix this, but you will have a harder time than others as your first appearance was rather bad and wasn't welcomed.
You need to learn to get past the IRC trolling, which has a long history in eJapan. Accept some gentle ribbing and keep talking to us, we will respond. Japan desperately needs your activity, but it needs to be two way. I recently posted an article about Ambassador positions and I got 2 whole responses, one from an existing Ambassador, and one from a South Korean. Where was Inci? Please, start communicating with us, directly, in English, and you will find a home here.
If anything that makes me not want this group in eJapan (my first country), it's that the group does not bother communicating in English, the main language of eJapan.

If you intend to remain here for an extended period of time then I would strongly advise all your members to communicate with the eJapanese community in English... The use of any other language will simply create distrust.

The #ejapan channel is a tough environment. Our congress voted and set up a different official eJapan channel at #eNippon, but most people never use it. The discussion in the #ejapan channel can get...evil...sometimes. Evil is a good word for it. Its a great channel with some good people, but the topic and talk can lead to trolling each other.
The fear of Inci at first came because some of the original articles mentioned "saving us from SK pto" and there were a flood of them in Turkish. I was president even back when Inci arrived here in eJapan and yet no one told me you were coming. I was told a couple days after that you meant no harm.
People got scared. The Koreans got protective of us, because we had looked after them for so long and they had been helping us, only to be called PTOers. They weren't, they were family to us.
I told people to relax and we would investigate. Inci were behaving, things settled a little bit, then suddenly I read this one Inci article. I don't remember who wrote it, but it was funny. The author got feedback from various people in the game about what they thought of Inci. It had some people who I thought might be jerks saying they were good guys. After that I couldn't help but become curious.
Something my grandfather once said make me think about it.
"Good humor comes from good people."
So I figured, why not? We'll try and make this work.
We are all guilty of not communicating, and that needs to change. This country is full of all different people who are just trying to play the game. We need to work together.

Inci is great but if you really want to help eJapan, you'd better assimilate to eJapanese culture & respect eJapanese traditional rules first.
I'm afraid that you're gaining more political power in our back when you say you are not PTOers in front of us. Actually, friends don't need their own party, but PTOers need their own party like "ccc-inci-japan-ccc".
Gagamel don't be scared.If we want PTO japan we Could do it before.We Really Don't want to PTO Japan.we are just running for congrees or cp like other people.we will learn lots of things about Japanese culture and rules.I'm happy for living in eJapan.
@Isotrk, I agree. If you guys wanted to PTO eJPN, you could do it. But let me see for several months whether your word is really true or not.

We want from Japan:
1-Join TERRA
2-Increase Japan Mpp's
3-Usefull market.
4-Help babies (especially Japanese babies)
We are contact with TERRA soon for Japan and talking our allies with mpp issue.(especially i gonna talk TERRA countries presidents)
Inci stopped babyboom in JAPAN.We are waiting for good time to new boom.
Inci is helping Japanese babies before and after.i sent lots of food for new babies.(not only inci babies,wanna really help japanese babies.)

Having a party called "inci-japan" is not meaning of PTO. we had a pretty huge one in the USA which had over 1000 members. It has much more less members now but we didn't even try to PTO there too.
