In The Works

Day 457, 20:20 Published in USA USA by Dodgercatcher

If you're reading this thank you! You are reinforcing my decision to make a newspaper, but now to the article:

In my last article I wrote about my descision to make a newspaper, this time I'm writing about where to work. As a new player you go to the human resource page and choose the highest paying job you can get. This may not be the best thing in your intrest however. Later on in your career you might end up in a bind if you are stuck in a market that does not pay much. Now I'm not saying that anything is bad, but where you work affects your eLife in ways you may not realize.

If you work at a high Q or quality producing company you are losing far more wellness than someone at a low Q company. This affects your wellness which comes around to affect your work in the end. So although your pay may be much higher at a high Q company you may be making lesss money after having to pay for higher Q food, gifts, and possibly a house. If you do work at a high Q company you will want to get a gifting partner to exchange gifts with, although you will want one regardless as it pays off in the long run. But do not quit your high Q job before you work out the math to see if it is worth it or not. The equation can be found at the eUSA forums here: http://eusforum.com/index.php

If you find a good boss stick with him! After you get a job in the right career track and start working you will want to PM you boss and your co-workers and introduce yourself and make friends and maybe gifting partners. If you work for your bos for a long time you will be able to get a sense of what he is like. If he reguarly checks his employee's skill levels and changes their salary accordingly he might be one you will want to stay with. A good boss will keep you up to date on what is going on with the company.

That's all for today so if you liked this article vote on it and if you like my articles subscribe. I accept criticism openly as it helps to get other people's opinions.
