Hi all,
I don't know whether you are aware of this or not, but I have been permanently banned, apparently "for creating or administering multiple accounts."
Since finding this out, I have been working fervently to find out why, and to revert the situation. Did I administer multiple accounts?
No, I did not.
Here are some of the possible reasons for my ban, though I cannot for the life of me, understand the true cause, and where things stand as of now.
~ For one, I have got a lot of my colleagues, and friends to join, all in eIndia. They were not multiple accounts, nor were they made from the same computer/IP. They did not have any donations with me or from them to me, including and especially - gold. I am not sure if there were any between them, however. They were not influenced by me in any unfair way - I am staunchly for playing fair, and will defend that always, no matter what Admin or anybody thinks.
~ One of my dear friend's sister - is the account revolution10. I did feed her in the beginning, as she was not active, and I wanted the gold from the level up. But since then she has started playing again, and I am sure if Forum Admin check our IP, they are different. Her account has been banned too, so I am sure there is a connection drawn. I do not find any valid ground on which this argument stands as well. again, no monetary/gold transaction took place between us.
~ I had a few orgs, where I stocked weapons, some which I supplied during the Northern India Resistance War. All those orgs have been banned. The strange thing is, 2 of my orgs, Freedom Express in Argentina and External Holdings in Ireland are safe, thankfully so. They also had weapons stored in them. Stranger still, is that the org, Indian Media and Culture, was used at one point to stock weapons as it was an urgent scenario (before the NI RW). This is not owned by me, and was used only couple of times for stocking. This too has been banned. I apologize to the eIndian Government; if I had known, this was liable to be deemed illegal, I'd never have got a govt org involved. Thankfully, India United org, Internal Affairs India, and other orgs I had access to, which are not owned by me, are safe.
~ Besides this, I am also part of the Ambassador program, and have been advertising eRepublik, paid and otherwise in India. I have also bought gold, twice, and am as dedicated as RL time permitted. I know that means nothing, in this context, but i am just a bit hurt by the decision, that's all.
~ I had sent an appeal to Admin. I have been politely told that the initial decision stands. I assume they have some ground besides, same network, no donations, not using unfair advantage, and as I can't appeal more than once I will leave it at that.
So where does it leave things. I'd like to tie up loose ends for one.
Congress
I have spoken to most of my friends in India United, and worked out the candidates list. I have all the details of who's running from where on a spreadsheet - access given to shail, sumit, David, hs1975, and arjaa. David in most probability will not continue as IU PP, so I hope Arjaa does not mind taking up the mantle once again. He's brilliant at what he does, and I am sure he will do awesome.
This time we have 40 seats, from 11 regions. I have tried contacting Dragons, to secure congress, but have had no response from him, as he's quite caught up with RL stuff. I request DPI guys to coordinate with shail, and assign some members to run from some specific regions, so that Congress is secure. We're still under threat from Iran, as well as many congressmen have not stuck to their promise of donating the 5gold, so I request you you only those whom you are sure will do so. Especially this term and the next.
Ministry
My deepest apologies to kansarasumit, my dear buddy, for this mess. I don't know how else I would have played, but I still regret that I could not do anything to stop this from happening. I had a lot of plans, and I WILL continue to work on them. I will be talking to the guys working Expansion, srachit, Ashwamedh and will continue advertising eRepublik in India. eIndia is bigger than my profile or my self, and I'll do my best to support it an way I can.. at least from outside.
Nikkk S is very capable in terms of handling the Citizen Mentor program. However, I was handling the gifting program myself, so I request sumit to look into it, and assign someone who can take care of it.
@Nikkk - I have gifted the Citizens who needed gofts for the day. Please follow up with sumit or whoever is appointed from tomorrow onwards. Guess the interview did not work out.
Media and culture will unfortunately have to make another org and paper. I wish I could compensate for it. Arjaa can send an appeal from the org itself I assume as it was actually not owned by me.
All eIndians, please support sumit in his presidency, and I in fact would suggest that he does a second term, and receives your wholehearted backing for that.
Business
The 2 orgs that ARE safe, External Holdings and Freedom Express - I give them to navincharles, my partner in business, and a brilliant businessman himself. External Holdings has a Q1 weapons company, selling weapons at some of the cheapest rates in the eWorld. Contact navin, if you wish to buy weapons from us.. him.

I owe navin some 16g, which I hope he can recover from my share of the profits. I would also like navin to be the owner of my eIPL team, for the simple reason, that if my team wins any prize money, I'd like it to go to him.
For the eF1 teams - I owe Don, 5gold for the teams. If Don can get other players, given that the season's just started, then feel free to do so. If you can't I'd like to actually keep the teams. @shail - can you send the 5g (for the weps

Sorry to Brood, Jackbid and Abhi - this is a shocker for me obviously, and more so the timing sucks.
Wish you all the very best guys. Whether you win or not, I hope brood makes Field Marshall by the end of it, and both Abhi and Jack do massive amounts of damage! Just stick to the strategy we made.

I request Admin to remove all my privileges as Mod, and group leader of Approved Users, India United, Congress. I would request access to only 2 sections, if you permit - Constitution of eIndia, on which I wish to contribute more, as I have been preparing it for over a month now. The other being Expansion. I'll just post my updates from time to time. If not possible, then I'll send the documents over to the concerned departments. Also I have been mainly looking at the Approved Users, as I get to know many Citizens through IAI, and know who is safe or not. So Admin please look after it specifically.
I had put up a thread on Dummy proposals in Politics/Public Discussions. If everyone agrees to it, I'd request the thread be locked, and Congress in following terms, if they wish to propose dummy proposals, put it as the link for the Debate Area.
In vote it up section, I've put up a thread on Official eIndian Newspapers. Forum admin, please edit it from time to time.
If anything else comes to mind, I'll let you guys know.
And so finally. Given that I could not help but break my promise not to put up long posts...
This is a sort of goodbye. I have a RL project, a film I'll be working on, coming up in a few weeks. Those who know me well, knew I'd be off for about 3 months, after this term of congress. I guess my departure has been pre-poned. I'll be here in forum from time to time, as ironically, the eIndian community is more dear to me that the game itself. I admit I had fun blasting those Q5's. Damn I'll miss that.
My only wish and sincere request is that, eIndians - UNITE. Not for parties, not for who get in congress, who gets what Ministry. Those mean nothing really. Unite for the sake of eIndia - take it up to 10k, 100k Citizens, build up a strong structure, a foundation - the constitution, taking care of the newer Citizens. I'll do my best to support through my advertisements and all, which I'll continue doing. And as DAvid also recently stressed upon- do NOT let go of our neutral stance. Its the bedrock of eIndia, and what will make it the greatest, and most respected Nation of the eWorld!
My apologies to all to whom this situation has caused inconvenience. If you believe me, great, if not its your call.

I refuse to vote for this, because I refuse to believe he is gone until the admins consider his appeals. I'm not ready to say goodbye to my brother at all.
Admin, Reconsider your decision. Very unfair. This is making a foolery of the legit players who spend real money for the game and devote thier precious time on the game.

I have a doubt that this is an act of an Iranian who must have created multis by his name and then reported as yesterday i saw many accounts with name of maverick but before yesterday, there was only one --> maverick10
He is not a fool that suddenly he wants a lot of gold. Even if he wants, he could have spent real money. We have seen legit players banned before too at the time of attempted TO of Indo by Romania. Admin, please improve your blaming system and multi detection system. THIS IS A BIG FLAW IN THE GAME- Anyone can goto a cyber cafe and create tens of accounts by a name similar to a legit player and then donate the legit player money and items. His account remains safe but the legit player gets banned for multis without any fault. I have seen this happening. WE WILL NOT TOLERATE THIS. A very insincere and irresponsible decision and a big blow to eIndia and eRepublik.
We have lost a great person, a great administrator and a beloved friend.
