Join the new world

The hosting server for the eNZ forums (erep.co.nz) will expire in one month - the eNZ community has a few choices:

* We pay to renew the hosting - it is $130 per year, and I'm pretty sure there's some left over moneys in our Paypal account anyway.
* We move to a new provider - might be cheaper, could even have better uptime than Ramhost, which is terrible.
* Decommission the forums. They don't seem to be used too much, but decomming means that it's gone forever.
* Redesign eNZ IT services from the ground up - the main problem with the original forums is that they were designed before the country even existed. A review of existing IT services with an aim to align the services provided with the services required by players would be the way to progress with this option. This would require extremely large scope as it essentially requires a project on analysing player behaviour.
* Last option - I take erep.co.nz and rebrand it as eRep Conz. How awesomely convenient is the NZ domain space.

I would also recommend that anyone who isn't signed up to the forums at least try and communicate somehow their desires - users that aren't signed up to the forums are exactly the target audience of the redesign option.

I've got a bit of time opening up soon, so I might be able to head the project if that's what's decided.
