Importance of discussion - article series about anything [pt2.]

Saturday. Today is sauna day. Nice day. Good reason to drink beer.

But that's not today's topic. Today I'm going to share some notices I've made during last few months from the day I got interested how eWorld works - behind all that happens in-game.

Like every person related to different organizations - politics or military units know, there's a lot things to do so that group of people is working well, and all kind of tools are made for example dropping supplies etc.

But discussion and taking part to it is often very hard, especially for new players. Military units got their feeds that are usually somehow used, but parties don't have place here where to talk and share their ideas, views or help to new members. It usually demands a lot work from parties active members to maintain a forum and it also demand a lot from new player to first find the right site and place where to introduce himself and take part to discussion.


New players have sometimes questions where they need answers.

I've come to conclusion that irc is the best tool for all kind of communication since we don’t have in-game forums. It’s fast, simple to use and it has all basic things you need when talking many people same time. Irc can be used from most private, country security discussions to having fun with your friends with trivia bot etc. Variety of things that irc gives us is huge. Well-greased wheels of democracy work even better, when it's easy to talk about anything.

So I encourage every new or old player, who’s not familiar with irc to start using it as tool for making new friends and contacts, to make difference in things. It may change your eRepublik career 😉
