Imperial Sun Party; Candidacy

Day 480, 20:52 Published in Japan Japan by Tohru

I'd like to take this time to state, although unopposed, that I plan to continue my role as party president of the Imperial Sun Party.

In my next term, I plan to continue to push the goals of the ISP in the government. However, I realize I have been not doing this as actively as I should, and I will try to be better in this aspect. I believe the ISP's plans are best for Japan, and I will attempt to achieve them wholeheartedly.

I plan to create more organization; last congress elections we had less of our members elected than there could have been, with several having 20 or 30 votes, which is much more than needed for congressional elections.

Of course, I also wish to continue what I feel is something that is integral; keeping the ISP's friendly atmosphere. As I've said to everyone who joined, and those who are newly joined and I haven't gotten a chance to say this to, I want you to feel at home in the ISP.

Though it goes without saying, that I do want everyone to still be serious. You are part of a party that could change Japan, and bring us to greater heights. Having a balance is what this party is about, we can't let ourselves be too serious or too relaxed, or we may end up ruining our chances for a better Japan.

As I say this, I would like to reiterate that I will plan to be as I say. I use the word "plan", because I am human, I make mistakes like we all do. We cannot help making bad decisions, we can only try our best to make as few as possible.

Together, we have a chance of being the best possible. I ask you stand behind me, and help to improve this great nation, and all of the good people who live here.

In closing, I wish for encouragement for all of you, and I hope you have the strength and courage to fight for what you believe as well.

Until next time,
Ki o tsukete.
