Why is the eUS militry deployed in Finland, attacking Norway a country with have an MPP with?

While I know Finland is our ally and they are in the middle of signing peace with us from an old war, but why are we attacking Norway with them when we have our citizens fighting for Norway and our military fighting against it?

Also, Norway is down to its last region.

But yeah, I am just a little confused by this, I haven't read into anything yet.

finland is attaking norway so that they can rw norway back and also to wipe off all mpps russia has against norway

@syco24 Citizens of the eUSA have the ability to fight for the side of Norway as we have an MPP with them. That is what I meant, I did not mean citizens were ordered to fight there.
