Immigration: Let's make it work for us!

G'day again, eAustralia!
The exact reason we're accepting other players into our country, is an issue to which perhaps we haven't given much thought. My view is, immigration has to benefit Australia as the host country, before anything else.
However, it seems our approach so far is little more than a naive hope to see perhaps our numbers grow. Numbers are our weakness. And because of this, we're letting eAustralia be taken advantage of. How?
Let me explain:
It is my estimate that 8 out of 10 cases in the immigration dossier, are nothing more than tax/currency shirkers. Foreign, rather well-off players, who want to make q4 raw companies with our cheap currency and then run off. Allies or foes, they change back CS within 1 month and disband their companies back home at a huge profit (Poland USA Serbia Croatia &c).
These people usually don't stay here more than 1 month. They don't necessarily come here to fight, produce, pay taxes or integrate. These people USE us, exploiting our hopes that they are coming to help make Australia grow or hit harder. It's not even certain they fight for us; most of them cling to the 'old country', to which they'll hurry back once they load up with q4raws. These people are only interested on how to make a profit, and we give them a free ride.
So, why not make things fair, for Australia?
I propose that, once an immigration application has been screened and approved, we further ask the applicant to deposit a fixed sum in gold as a guarantee;
If the applicant stays for a prescribed amount of time as eAus citizen, they will be entitled to get their money back. Otherwise they forfeit the sum.
While this won't completely stop the currency shoppers from visiting us (they'll just factor this in as an expense in their profit calculations and carry on as usual) Australia can make a clever buck out of it. Money collected and not reclaimed, can be put to good use, such as education programmes and financing genuine eAus player's growth.
Australia first!

While the idea of depositing gold is enticing enough, problems may occur when we set up that particular system as it is difficult enough to screen potential citizen without hindering the security.
Immigration policy is not just about giving out Australian passports to cut down the applications backlog. It is rather about setting up and managing a complex and sophisticated system, which would allow bringing, raising and keeping loyal citizens of Australia from all over the e-world.
The other 2 out of 10 are just coming over for someones voting squad during election times

My devious little friend, this has nothing to do with global markets; I understand the disinformation you're trying to spread but intelligent people will find they are irrelevant.
IF THERE IS a market to be tapped into and we're just missing out.. it's called the CURRENCY DODGERS!
these are shrewd well-off players, too savvy to benefit our economy by using its markets and the MM; their chief intention for coming here is NOT to place goods in our market NOR to make or buy Q-product companies NOR offer JOBS to the rest of us (hence they DON'T pay taxes, contrary to what you might think!) ; these blokes don't fight for us, they hardly participate (if at all), and the only thing they share is some gold on the market (where the international vultures/speculators happily oblige). Australia gives plenty and gets precious little.
CURRENCY DODGERS move to and fro from rich countries with an overvalued currency. They stay here few days/weeks, just to BUILD Q4 RAWS COMPANIES and/or storage houses and go back, disbanding them for gold at many times their worth.
These guys will not be affected by a token guarantee, if they wish to forfeit this and leave before their time.
For the rest of those wishing to immigrate, eAUs provides such a huge support along with its citizenship (ADF core supplies& money, forum incentive schemes etc) that IT'S ONLY FAIR that we ask of them to be sincere in declaring they come to stay.
Let me give an example:
1. To build a Q4 RAW company (Cattle/ Saltpetre), a Polish businessman is required to spend 7,500 local currency (PLN) plus 1,000 local currency (PLN) for the land. In total 8,500 PLN, the equivalent of which is around 14 gold (currently @596PLN/g)
2. Our friend "immigrates" to Australia. Doesn't cost him a penny. He builds that q4 RAW company, but this time spending 8,500 AUD, being the local DEVALUED currency. He does that with 7 gold (8,500 AUD currently @ 1190AUD/g).
Do the math, he saves 7 gold or not??
3. If he is not interested to keep that Q4 RAW but wants to cash in that profit, he proceeds to change back his CS. He then disbands this company at 3,750 PLN and keeps the land (1000 PLN) the price of which he will further save when he repeats the process. So in total, he benefits 4,750 PLN (= 7,96g @596PLN/g)
7,96-7= 0,96g PROFIT
AND THIS IS THE PROFIT FROM JUST ONE Q4 RAW COMPANY !!
THEY USUALLY MAKE DOZENS..
I hope this makes things clear for you now. Heck, you might even be tempted to try this out yourself!
You are just ensuring that there will be no immigration to this country, by trying to hurt a small number of foreigners taking advantage of a loop hole you are harming the prospect of overseas aussies returning and us gaining valuable new players.

what's wrong if they leave some cash behind for Australia? The REAL immigrants have nothing to lose, PLUS they benefit from our WELFARE institutions..
(real) Overseas Aussies can be EXEMPT.. that's not an issue Adam
