Imma make things right

Note
If you're someone who loves articles with pictures, sorry, but there are no pictures, because something's messed up, and pictures won't show up in the article.

I'm running for President. Things are going to get right.

Government
I plan on establishing one of the most active cabinets in the history of active cabinets. I'll also start a program easing new citizens into Government roles, like Ambassador roles and things like that. The key to retaining new citizens is by getting them interested, and the key to getting them interested is by giving them jobs in the Government/Military/etc.

Foreign Policy
Whether we are neutral or not, I plan on doing something we have been terrible at in the past: Sticking with our foreign status. We've always said we're neutral, but have we always been truthfully neutral? The answer? Heck no.

If I'm elected President, I plan on actually sticking with what we say. If we say we're neutral, then we're going to do this crazy thing, and we're actually going to act neutral! If we're pro-EDEN, then we're not going to hide it. We're going to say we're pro-EDEN! You get the picture.

I also plan on becoming better friends with the three new country's:

-Saudi Arabia
-Egypt
-United Arab Emirates

To succeed in eRepublik, you need friends. Something tells me that these country's are going to become powerful, and fast.

As a side note, if elected, I also plan to strengthen relations with China, and our surrounding neighbors. China is our greatest friend right now, and we need to become better friends with our neighbors. After all, they're our neighbors.

Military
Spoiler alert! Ashwamedh and Miles will continue with running the military (Miles and whoever else he chooses if Ash doesn't want to).

That basically means that the military system will continue as it is. I also plan on getting new citizens more involved in the military. I have an idea of sending them on missions abroad, but we'll see how that develops.

Health and Education
Although Alexander Levi is now in Egypt, he left behind his University. I want to continue that University, but make it huge. Classes will be held on the IRC. I plan on creating the job of "Chief of Education", a position that hasn't existed for months.

The university will have classes on:

-Politics
-Military
-Economy

There'll also be beginner classes for new citizens. The classes will teach them the basics of eRepublik, like working, training, and getting around. Then, after they graduate those classes, they'll be allowed to choose more advanced classes like the one's listed above. This will help them choose which career they'd like to focus on in eRepublik.

I'm not sure if the Government currently does this, but I'd like to restart the program that the Internal Affairs India organization had going on a few months ago where they gave free food to new citizens to help them get their health up.

Expansion
New citizens are key to the success of India. Currently, Ashwamedh and co. are doing great on the baby-boom project. If elected, I'll support them completely-Wait, I already support them completely. Let me change that: If elected, I'll continue to support them completely. I'll try to help them find new members for their team.

Like I said above, I plan on improving the University to help retain new citizens. I plan on making a team of people designed to get new citizens enrolled in classes. Basically, Ash and his team will keep getting new citizens to join. Then, the University and their team will help retain them by teaching them that eRepublik isn't that complicated if you look past the initial stages. It'll be a team-based project.

Media/Competitions
The media is a lot more active than it used to be, and that's great. If elected, I plan on implementing media contests. A panel of judges will judge article entries, and the winners will receive prizes. The prizes will be INR and gold prizes. There will even be food and weapon prizes.

Also, there are many inactive companies in the Government. I plan on giving those companies that haven't been in use by the Government for a long time away in the competition as prizes, and by auctioning some of them off. I'm thinking of holding lotteries for them to raise funds for projects, but we'll see.

Summary

-Improve relations with China
-Improve relations with neighbors/three new country's
-Implement more classes in the University, and hire active, experienced professors
-Create a retention team to help Ashwamedh and his team
-Stick with foreign status
-Keep current military system
-Hold media contests
-Give away inactive Government companies in prizes, auctions, and lotteries
-Make new citizens a top priority

There you have it. My official manifesto. You may have noticed that this looks a lot like David Forde's manifesto, and I did this on purpose so that you could compare the two of us easier.

If you have any questions, message me, or leave a comment. I'm going to edit in a questions section into this manifesto if people ask questions in the comments. That way, everyone can read it in one section at the bottom of the article, instead of reading numerous comments by me.

Pheenic for President!
