IFD Theft?

So, I saw an org on the money market called "The EU" and traced its donations, because it held a LOT of NIS.

A donation of 30,000 NIS and 150 Gold came from the official bank, Israel's Finance Department.

I checked the other donations, and over the last 3 hours there have been a massive amount of donations to 70mD II. (Click here to see the IFD donation list: http://economy.erepublik.com/en/citizen/donate/list/1298037/1 )

Now maybe I missed something, but Tom has been gone for a long time. What's up with this?

- Did Gavin get pissed about the PP elections and leak the password? Has the password not been changed for a long time, and Tom still knew it?
- Is Tom a member of the government again? If so, what does he need all of this money for?
- The friends list for "The EU" has been deleted. Who owns it?

- Why did Gavin donate 45G from the IFD to himself then straight to his org, which only owns a grain company that export from Paraguay to Greece.

A lot of weird stuff going on here. I hope there is an explanation. Rheinlander, are you still Minister of Finance? What's up with this?
