They are still laws. You know in America today there are thousands to millions of people who don't agree with the government and guess what the government is? A private group of citizens. What difference is there from eUSA to real USA? The fact that there are millions of more people in USA and an actual limit on what eUSA can do in its own world.
I wish RGR was like the real Ronald Reagan.
