Dear All,
I want to explain what the IAF communes are all about and how does one get recruited in the communes. Basically IAF communes are companies that ensure self sufficiency of IAF and are run by the Military leadership under direct control of the CP.
A ) How does the communes work?
1) JOINING: Please follow the recruitment topic below in C) Recruitment - How to join IAF Communes?
2) WORKING: Soldiers are alloted one of the many commune companies to work in and are required to work with 100% wellness everyday.
3) WAGE: The Commune soldiers will be paid minimum wage to survive the wellness lost for working in the communes and day reset (5 INR for working in a Q5 company, 3 INR for working in a RAW etc).
4) ORDERS: Orders will be posted on the #IAF topic title as well as the forum as the subject of the topic http://forum.erepindia.com/index.php?topic=156.0
5) FIGHTING: Soldiers are asked to fight only in the last 5 mins only a) if they cant make it up for the last 5 mins due to not-online reasons or b) if asked by officers to drop some or all for their damages earlier than the last 5 mins.
6) DISPATCH: There will be a dispatch in terms of food or an equivalent INR for a number of fights or food with weapons (only for big battles which is yet to come). Also the amount will be under the approval of MoD or the President or both. Soldiers are requried to come on IRC #IAF and request for dispatch from the dispatch officers by providing their profile link . If you need password for the #IAF, please sign up on the forum and check http://forum.erepindia.com/index.php?topic=156.0
7) OTHERS: The question of profit is absent as far as commune management goes. Usually a company manager aims for as much as 5-10% profit, but as communes that is avoided and we aim at stockpiling weapons for future threats, battles etc.
B ) What do the soldiers get by joining the communes?
1) As we are mostly asked to fight only in the last few minutes, soldiers get to strike together in battles and enjoy the feeling of disciplined battle methods. In other words, one can get the experience of fighting in a group in a disciplined way.
2) As you get dispatch regularly, increasing your rank and influence will become a practise and a habit.
3) You get to help the country very directly and can fight proud as an IAF Commune soldier.

Sweet. Can we add D as achievement till given date (every week/10days), and publish this every couple of days or at least link it in everyday?
😁 Good idea.. no of dispatches, no of battles, stockpile etc are good indicator
Thanks Navin great article, as mav says we should have this in the media on a permenent basis and linked from the daily IAF orders so everyone is always aware of the communes.
...and we do need some action! stockpile weapons ok... but for how long! we need ranking up : )
(thats not for me personally but I miss the crazy AHF days)

+1 what David said... And when that happens let me see how many people say "oh no, this is a bug", "shit, eIndians hacked gold" etc
😁
Well its quite disappointing to know even after filing the form for recruitment in communes for more than 24 hours there has been no reply
RanaTstar, the time period for enrolling someone new in IAF is 24-48 hours.. I see you applied at 11:19 PM last night and were enrolled today at 8 PM
Seriously guys, you need to give some leeway to folks managing the administrative work. Like you, all of us have RLs too and play this as a game. A little patience and appreciation would be hugely welcoming.
3 cheers to Commune,
