i take the reins - July, 2008. I.
targumjoe
Hi, my readers. This is the first edition of my periodical, The Threshold of Liberty. The title is inspired by René Magritte painting, „On the Threshold of Liberty”. It leads me through the jungle, everyday. Anyway, if you have extra time for literature, please, read my following verses.
targumjoe: i take the reins
to unfold myself from the pervert seaweed's arms
to see no reason in the future's armistice
to release every groaning grain of millet
to let off the fetter floating to the net beg
it never had been has a rough bad
to make a pass at the horniest hootch
the pure life
targumjoe: whoosis
whos on first
whereon i broke away
whereby i soaked the slip
whereto i dripped the tears
whats on second
whereas she gouged apart
wherein i just jettisoned
whereof i hunched over
and i dont knows on third
what for i was voracious
who prays for me
when i will lick the dust
targumjoe: savourless unconcern
who cares
if you nip up a rake to stroke
the next door matron
if you rub your quaky hands
like the whore's patron
if you cast away the latchkey
to the leer levy
if you famish for months your
jelly-smelled granny
