Well looks like the proposal to go to war with Chile is succeeding, and it could not have come at a better time. With the new rules that admin has placed regarding region bonuses, we need to take as many bordering regions as we can. Not only this, but Chile has been sitting on our border mocking us for way too long.

The time has come for a swift and brutal revenge for the offences committed by Chile against us in the past, and I stand ready to unleash hell on Chile. The economic assault on Chile is complete, and now the military assault will commence.
