I full heartedly agree with your solution on the emperor issue, it allows those who want an emperor to be able to have something to look at that is displayed in a somewhat public manner in a way that will not worry anyone who is against a player being emperor. As for the oother topics, I am not confident in my limited knowledge yet to comment on the political aspects yet, but plan to start a paper with my level 6 gold.

I believe limited knowledge is fine, even the most unvoiced/inexperienced player can make a difference. If not in giving amazing advice, it could also guide others to an answer.

How did you plan on using your paper?
I mean, similar to mine (speaking your mind), reporting on events, etc?

By limited knowledge, I mean that I am not sure where the orange party stands on issues, what issues exist and what other groups stands are. It is hard to comment or give advice on what I am unaware of. I will be 5 experience shy to vote tommorow, so I figure that is probably best I do not vote due to my current limited knowledge. I'm sure I'll have opinions for next months election though.

As for my paper, I am unsure as to what it will be used for, though it will probably be a combination of personal views and reporting events. If I find something I can use it for that will be more productive, then I will use it for that as well. I don't think I'll have a set plan for it.

The best way to be informed about candidates is to read up in the private fourm on current events, and read all the platform articles. Whichever one had more of an impact on you, or which you agree with the most would be the best one to vote for. I hope once you are able you do vote, since your one of the newer players, and your voice is just as important as everybody else's.


I am looking forward to hearing your views! I am trying to make the media as INTERESTING as I possibly can, so I have been trying to put time aside every day or so to write a slightly decent length of an article. Because of this, i will probably have to keep reporting on more then just one topic. I had wanted to report on internation events IRL, but there just arent enough to talk about everyday!

If you have anything unique that not many people know, it would be something interesting to hear. I am always open to new things, and love reading about... well just about everything.

I think the matter of Emperor can easily be solved, by trying to understand what the eEmperor is doing. I support the idea of player-eEmperor because it will make the game more fun. There are users who find it fun, while others do not really care. So since the eEmperor does not create any problem, and do please some users why not to have one?

By the way, it is not good to get sick about a problem. We are a democratic country and we may disagree. But I think we are all friends and we must try resolving problems in friendly way.

I'm sick of the Emperor issue too. I just stopped reading the threads altogether awhile ago.

When a topic keeps dragging on and nobody wants to compromise, yes it makes you sick of it. Just because I am sick of it, doesnt mean I'm not going to be friendly. It did give me a headach last night though, how ironic.

Hizumi your missing the point. Some people dont WANT a real player as the emporer aswell, there are more then just 2 sides to the topic. So technically it WOULD hurt eJapan if some people are against it and you toss their voice aside.

In a few days if you dont agree to some type of compromise I am going to toss my vote to not ever wanting an emporer. I understand you want to be it so viciously, but you have no intention of making all of eJapan happy with the end result, so I do not find you anywhere near fit for the position.

Agree 100% on the emperor issue... It had been discussed and dropped before.

To be honest, it is really sad the fact that many users do not try to appreciate the actions of other users. I have tried that much and so many users are just against me. I have asked for a system to select an Emperor, and nobody really cared about that matter. It is really sad to see your request totally neglected. What else can I do? If people do not decide and do not show interest, it means they are not cared. So if they are not cared to decide, why are they against users who want to decide? In a democratic state, people who try, people who offer even a little should be at least somehow be respected. But my intentions have been totally misunderstood. I have been talked in a rude way, even if I always talk calmly and in a friendly way. (I really appreciate you talk in a friendly way) If some users do not want Emperor, it is fine. But there are users who want Emperor.

The most sad thing is that even if the position of Emperor does not harm anybody, many users are so against me (or Emperor at all). They say I am selfish. But I even said that I prefer to have Tohru as Empress, than no Emperor at all. It is really sad that users here are not cooperative, not supportive and very suspicious towards other users. There are many users who left eJapan for exactly this reason. So I can only think that those users who do not support other users, are not friendly and warm, are the only enemies of eJapan, and think nothing but how to be the leaders in a low populated country. I have never insisted so much for the position of Emperor, because it would make many things clear. Those who are selfish and do not wish to cooperate, are surely against the idea of Emperor, because an Emperor will only support eJapan.

Be sure that if a kind of decision is to be taken I will accept it. I am really sad because no decision are taken.

As I said before, you are missing other options. There are basically 4 different sides to this.

1) Few people like you who want to be emporer
2) people who dont want a real player as emporer
3) people who dont care
4) people who are neutral

I am very neutral right now, and trying to reason with you. I understand why many people gave up on listening to you being stubborn. I am offering compromise so that all sides will be happy. Stop ignoring most of my post, or I will do the same as you and keep restating half of the arguement.

Honestly I am the one willing to cooperate, and your the one bring stubborn and sticking to your selfish side.

Obviously if you ignore other people's feelings and keep fighting for what you YOURSELF want, then your going to be seen as selfish.

The idea might seem harmless to you, but there are people who do not want a real player having the position in eJapan, so it is harmful to them, and harmful to myself.

You are not the whole of eJapan, so it is not just your single idea that is important. Learn to do exactly what you are saying and co-operate with other people, then you will be seen as the opposite of what people have said.

First of all, what you call compromise, I can not consider it compromise. Because I want a player-Emperor and you do not want a player-Emperor. This is totally against my request and the request of some other users.

Also, I can not understand why so many users are against player-Emperor. This is the key point. Why all those users are so much against any player-Emperor. What do they fear? Personally, I would be happy to see player-Emperor, even if that Emperor is not me.

Finally, I think we would like to see this matter officially solved. My main concern is that the nobody shows interest to decide this matter. We can not decide just me and you, right? The problem is a total lack of willing to decide this matter. I think I have the right to support my opionion since the matter is not decided.

Both sides would be losing in my compromise. If you say you dont see it as such, then I am agreeing with all the people who truely call you selfish.

The reason that nobody shows interest is actually your fault. Many of them (like me) are probably sick of hearing your one-sided opinion.

The whole reason for me posting was to settle it, and allow you to take the role on reporting about the emporer (which not many people technically have to agree on). This was my compromise to YOU. To get YOU to stop, and for the rest of us to not have to listen to it.

If you dont understand why we are against having a real player as emperor then thats fine. Just respect that many of us dont, but we are willing to have an inbetween.

Considering your the one keeping on the topic, you should be the one listening to other people instead of just sticking to your own. What I am trying to do is have it decided on a compromise that both sides will lose and win, so technically you have a right to either say you will go through with the compromise, or no you will keep being stubborn and I can turn my vote to a no.

Oraizan you are being very patronizing and mildly insulting towards Hizumi. I personally don't agree with the idea of a player emperor but I wouldn't go about saying so in the way you do. Hizumi has done nothing malicious towards you so you should back off.

Sorry, but on private fourms he has been ignoring my posts, and being hypocritical. I am trying to keep neutral, but it is very irking when you try to satisfy everybody, and one person is too stubborn to atleast read through and listen to my posts.

There is no more worries of me being a little rude much longer, because Hizumi will have a similar stubborn post to all his other ones, and I will turn my compromise to a no.

I have never asked to report about real Emperor. I am not interested in this kind of aspect at all. Please understand that your proposal means, total reject of my plan. You are asking me to accept a proposal which I completely disagree and then saying that is a compromision. If you really want to be neutral, try to understand at least what I am asking about. I would like to see problem issued, but I think I have the right to support my opinion.

That is why it is called compromise, you lose we lose. I have already stated that I understand both positions. I understand what you want, and I understand why people dont want an emperor. That is why I have suggested an in-between.

Anyways my vote is now a "never in a million years". I am done with this debate, it will continue on being one-sided.
