I LOVE THIS GAME!

Its been almost 3 years since i first had the divine inspiration to create myself an account on erepublik. I learned to love every version of the game with true passion. But this new one is absolutely brilliant.

They redesigned every part of the game to fulfill their promises. And they did a teriffic job. Here is my own indepth independent review:

Erepublik started with a very powerful and catchy marketing line: “You can play with just 2 clicks per day”. Until now it was a matter of debate if 2 clicks are enough ( some people where pretty pissed off by the fact they click on the log in button, bringing the click count to 3 ). Now they solved that as you can click the google search button 2 times.

register

In their crusade of bringing a clean game for the players they had to fight evil clone makers. Now they found the final solution. They got rid of the create new account feature.If you can’t create a new account you can’t create multies.

land/companies

Over the time, the developers put a tremendous work in offering equal opportunities to both new and old players alike.Greedy capitalists are not welcome here. So they had an epyphany. Instead of giving the chance to own a company they pushed the socialist model even further: Citizens should not work at all. Perpetual vacation for everybody. Beat that Lenin!

market place

Finding the right formulas for an ever-changing market was a bitch. Everybody was either complaining about overproduction or about very high prices. Perfect update : no more marketplace, nothing to be mad about.

train

The training system was a much debated matter. Some people disagreed with the gold boosters. Misoginistic players where arguing about having a girl as a trainer. Very unfriendly players did not like the fact that they needed a friend bonus. Now its all solved. Works like a charm.

battlefield

Over the years some “pacifists” where very vocal about erepublik capitalizing the real life national conflicts. Now even those are silent, as with this new update we enter an era that every miss universe candidate has dreamt about: world peace!

buy gold

Now even those players that were complaining about the price of the game and wanted everything for free will be happy. No more gold to buy no more money to spend. Amazing isnt it?

media

No more article & no more comments means no more trolling & no more insults. The new media module is clean, easy to read, and rewarding!

profile

An old erepublik law said that all citizens are born equals. Now they also live as equals and die as equals.

So as you can see they did a tremendous job, and i am totally pleased. The only feature i miss in this version is the logout button.
