I announce two things.

Firstly, I am an eAustralian Citizen again.

As your Minister of Defence. Or whatever you call it now. TO GET THE JOB DONE.

Prospective CP's. You need to read this, and you need to make me your MoD and put me in the role.

I would like to now announce what I am going to do, WHEN I am your new Minister of Defence, CIC or whatever you call it.

This is a social game. Sure, giving people weapons helps loyalty. Giving people more than this, will give you a more active military.

I want the Redbacks back.

They will have the role they always did - gifting and supplying your military forces. AND MORE.

This is a social game. Stuff Game Mechanics. They are important sure - but it will only get you so far.

You want a force of people who bother getting up at 2am AEST to fight in a battle and show we are the best flipping force we can be? Then you need to work on your _social_ skills.

What do I see for your future? Be it as an EDEN fighter, as an eAus fighter?

The redbacks will become the door. I want them funded. THEY will become boot camp, and run it well. THEY will become the social drivers that make the military become what they should be. A group of committed eAustralians that sets the scene for entry to the ACUK, Dropbears, and the elite fighters funded to assist EDEN (or Sol, or any other bloody alliance we choose) as we will. As the people have declared with their recent vote they will.

Dropbears and ACUK need a wake up call. This is not about merely what you get in weapons. Sure, it will get you stiff like viagra would to an 80 year old. But, if you forget the real point, then you are MISSING the point.

I intend to make the military in eAustralia the best, tightest force in the entire bloody eWorld. Sure, we cannot compete with other nations in terms of strength. BUT, 80 of us who are committed, and are active - will make a hella difference. So as I said - let's work on a structure that is based on the social side.

I want the eAus military to return to the comraderie. The REASON why we are here. Because we make friends, and make a DIFFERENCE, through this.

There will be more funding for fun. Your participation will be based on damage AND committment.

I want the military restructured to the point where it reflects geographical location. That way, if squad commanders need mobile phone numbers, to be in touch outside of the actual PM or forum model, they can be. We have a lot of US players - why not capitalise on units that are based on where they are?

There is no point in having a unit where the leader issues an order, and their squad is 5 hours in front, or 13 hours behind. Let's rationalise this people!

The redbacks was the epiphany of a unit that capitalised on BOTH game mechanics and a social group. The rest of the military needs to learn this lesson and ADOPT it.

That is why I want to be your MoD. That is why you will GIVE me MoD, and I will make you freaking awesome.

That is why I am going to jump in again, and show the world EXACTLY why Mechanics counts - but NOT for everything - especially in eAustralia.
