Ever since I became interested with eAustralian public affairs, I have a dream. A Senate where ideas are brought forward, judged and voted on, on their own merits. Free from the background noise of purposeless wit and personal attacks. Where hidden agendas are set aside. And where 'drama queens', 'savants' and 'political animals' are duly ignored. I dreamt of a Senate of the people, by the people, for the people, free in its role of producing legislation and nothing but. Inclusive and understandable, to all those who wish to participate in good faith.

If you share this dream, you might want to vote for me as your no-nonsense eAus senator in Otago, on Feb 25. Provided, that is, that my candidacy will be accepted under the Australian Independents, as I have requested.

If you do, these are the core principles to which I subscribe. Both in-game, and also in RL:

* watching out for the interests of the non-paying player;
* transparent management of our common resources;
* engaging as many dedicated e-Australians as possible, in our amazing institutions as an e-country (ADF, Forums, Cabinet, IRC);
* purging all multis, domestic not being an exception;

* having fun and growing ties within the e-Aus community;
* protecting the e-kids at all times.

Expect nothing less of me, should you endorse my run for the Senate.
