I thought nothing could ever top the famous Russian messup where they refused to impeach their banned president for weeks... but this certainly gets the prize.

Essentially, Bradley Reala, POTUS, failed at attacking Far Eastern Russia to make Russia not attack California, then was offline with the American JCS for hours, then ordered everyone to go to the soon-to-be-attacked provinces of Arizona and Nevada, then got the military to fight in California instead of Croatia's last region, successfully getting Croatia wiped off the map and having open citizenship, leaving them open to permanent PTO, and a risk of this every month. The USA has lost California, Croatia is totally lost, Phoenix is laughing at EDEN and the US over the biggest fsckup ever, and Reala can't even be impeached thanks to a proposal by Sir Valaro Volcrum for lulz that blocks an impeachment for 7 more days.
