What's going on, everyone?

Well, if you did not hear my most recent article was removed for 'Racism.' I was pretty miffed about it because in no way was I intentionally being racist. Now what I can come to terms with was referencing real life history in a fictional story. According to the eRepublik Laws, and more specifically #1 - "Thou shall not contaminate the New World with filth such as External advertising, Spam,Insults, Pornography, Vulgarity or Racism," I believed I was not violating them with what I was publishing.

The conclusion I came to was that references to a regime that actually existed at one time in real life can be classified as something that is 'external advertising' and at the same time 'racist' because that group sanctioned and executed one of the worst atrocities of genocide known to mankind. Now what I am bothered about is that the administrators believed I was actually condoning or lionizing that group with my inclusion of SEES and stuff that happened in real life. And yes, I was pretty upset that my punishment for this accusation is: that I posted 'racist' content in my article. Not only that, but my ability to appeal the punishments were nullified when I went to appeal my case here.

So not only was I censored on a completely ambiguous definition of 'law infringments,' but I was further silenced in my rights to appeal my punishments AND doing any shouts or comments or publish any news articles for 24 hours! I really wanted to quit this game! But alas, I did not because there were some friends here in this game that convinced me to stick around.

What happens now? I was bitter at the time and it felt nice that some people understood my frustration with how this game is administered. I'm an optimistic individual and I just needed some time to cool off.

Where do we go next? Well, obviously I still want to continue my series of short stories, but during the last 72 hours it was discussed and made official by gagah - Der Fuhrer that I am to succeed the position of Grand Vizer after Nicholas Ryan of the SEES party and continue the bastardization of 'milsnorks' and 'polisnorks.'

1. SEES will continue on for the betterment of Emericka by recruiting new players, feeding them the knowledge of SEES's great mother Rainy Sunday and spreading the love of Dio.

2. Blockers will, once again, play a pivotal role for the Congressional elections on December 25th. As you can imagine, this will be a very difficult day for activity, but with mass messaging and constant vigilance, SEES will prevail in showing exemplary leadership in making sure Emericka is well secured from any foreign threats.

3. And as always we will be what separates us from everyone else in eRepublik: Elite Lovers.
