I Am Disgusted

Once again, someone has decided to hurl an accusation at our sitting President; one based off of absolutely no merit whatsoever. Internetus Internetian, freshman congressman and rabble-rouser, has accused President Roberts of attempting to drain the Thai treasury of all of its gold through his offer to sell his companies to the government for the paltry sum of 120 gold. While I am opposed in principle to the very existence of government-owned companies, I believe in personal freedom, and if Jack Roberts wishes to sell his companies to the government for far less than they are worth, then good for him!

The mere existence of people like Congressman Internetian in Thailand is what drove me into politics here! Thailand does not need people like him splitting the populace and slandering the good name of one of our most capable politicians. All that allowing someone like Internetian to keep spewing his vitriol will accomplish is the cheapening of our nation and a fall in confidence at the very political institutions that Thailand stands for.

I am Jeff Hamilton, Thai Patriot, Congressman, and candidate for President in the next elections.

Hey all I was trying to do is get support against that proposal. Why is the Opposition markering me as an enemy, when I merely try to raise up some resistance to a certain proposal? My goal for eThailand is one of a strong eThailand. It seems alot of congresmen see this as not a realistic possiablity, and therefore dont want to mess with exspensive and long term projects to try to build something they dont think is possiable. I was hopeing I would see some ambition, but I am not seeing it, just people going on and on about how unrealistic it is, and how we should just settle for what is... I dont even have any contact with your party, and you are trying to mark me as an enemy already?

My goal is also that of a strong eThailand. If you feel that the proposal to buy government companies is a bad one (which is admittedly debatable), then you should not have accused the President of corruption. Instead, you should have given a reasoned out argument about why not to support the proposal, e.g. the fact that most of the companies are useless. I am NOT trying to mark you as an enemy, and I am sorry if you feel that way. I simply disagree with your methodology

While the tone of the article is in my opinion overly harsh towards Internetus, I agree with Jeff in principle. Thailand does not need this kind of mudslinging. I ask both sides of the issue, let's keep it civilized.

I think you are right though. People have been trying to make a name for themselves by "criminalizing" Jack Roberts.

Yeah I know you aren't but I want you to did you see the article that I posted in the month you have been president our economy have greatly improved our gold val. Went from 250 per t0 125 now that's some improvent I guarantee you can win the thai people know what you have done for them why do you think you were not impeached
