Hurr Durr, Durr Hurr, Hurpety Derpety, aka I ramble about PTOs.

Day 832, 05:22 Published in Australia Australia by Hinokai

Righto, as this is my second version of the article after misclicking off the page and losing my first one, I'm just gonna speed touch type it out, so it probably won't make sense, which means it should be just like everything else I write.

Anyway, I recently got into senate again, and as I promised I will vote and complain about irrelevant and insignificant things, just like a real politician should.
In all seriousness though, I'm feeling rather proactive this month and I think i might try to be more involved than I have been previously, so to my fellow senators, please participate as much as you can because constructive debates are what make the senate fun.

Now to my main topic this article, PTOs. Recently there have been a couple PTOs that I know about (probably more across the world but I'm not one for much foreign relations), and I decided that I would talk about them since everyone should be aware of what can happen when you're unprepared for political invasion.

BRACE FOR WALL OF TEXT AND POTENTIALLY INCORRECT INFORMATION

First up is eSwitzerland, who have come under PTO from some Shaolins, a group of PTOs that previously took a shot at (I think) North Korea. They managed to enter the country and take over both a large portion of congress and began operating two parties. They seem to have managed to entrench themselves in the country and it appears to have resulted in numerous people leaving eSwitzerland.

Second is Singapore, who just last week got PTO'd in congressional elections, with a group of Serbians gaining 6/10 seats, or something there about. I have little knowledge of the happenings as I only found out about it today, but from a brief look in the Singaporean news, there are many people who are ready to fight the invaders.

I hope both of these countries can successfully repel the political invaders, as a PTO can be as dangerous if not more so than a militaristic invasion. As shown in the /v/enezuela PTO, with a majority of congress you can force through changes like huge minimum wages, gargantuan citizen fees, outrageous taxes, and numerous other things that can have a long adjective preceding them.

On the up side, recently the Theocrats left South Korea after many months of political domination. The Theocrats PTO'd South Korea some time around August and since have kept a grip on SK. However, they were recently countered and many seem to have moved to Spain, whether to live or to PTO, I'm not sure. Luckily for South Korea, there appears to be many people there who wish for it to be resurrected and to run well, and a wish them luck.

Now, onto our home front. To my (limited) knowledge, we've never really been on the receiving end of a significant PTO. Recently however, Pizza the Hut, most probably a multi of one Ajay Bruno, a rather famous failure of a PTOer, took over the Australian Democratic Socialist Party (or whatever it's name of the week was then) and renamed it the Liberal Party of Australia.

PTH managed to get into senate some time around then, and let in 5 of his friends, and together ran for senate under his newly PTO'd LPA. As he sucked and you can't surprise us Australians twice, the only candidate they got in was banned within an hour or so of elections ending, and PTH was removed from his position of party president at the next elections.

Now in this case it was simply Ajay and he sucks, but if an organized group of people entered the country, only about 10, they could easily gain 2 or 3 seats in congress, let more of themselves in, and take over relatively unopposed due to the fact they are organized, unlike most of our voting public. This is why we should always be aware of who is running, know who is active, who contributes. I recommend not voting for people who lack platforms or have suspiciously low experience, and if you get into senate yourselves, do not blindly let people in.

As a side note, while I was writing this article (TWICE) Sir_c0nstant seems to have dropped out of the presidential elections due to real life family issues, and I wish him well with that and hope all goes well.

PS. Don't bother telling me I'm wrong about anything, cause you obviously know more than me.
