Huge International Lottery with over 175 gold in prizes!
I am happy to say that the last lottery we held was just a small test to see what the interest in the lotto was. After over 75 people entered, buying over 120 tickets we decided to hold another lotto. This lottery will be much bigger and have huge prizes!
First Prize= 100 Gold, 1 Q3 House and 20 Q3 Guns
Second Prize= 50 Gold, 1 Q2 House and 10 Q2 Guns
Third prize= 25 Gold, 1 Q1 House and 5 Q1 Guns
The first draw will occur in the morning on day 615. Tickets are 1 Gold. There is no limit to the number of tickets one can buy and the lotto is open to all Erepublik citizens.
Donate your ticket money to Zookeepers Best Inc (www.erepublik.com/en/organization/1616819) and you will be given a lottery ticket number between 1 and x (x represents the number of tickets sold).
On the day of the draw, a random number will be selected from http://www.random.org/ using the True Random Number Generator with limits set between 1 and X. The first number selected will win first prize, second number selected will win the second prize and the third number selected will win the third place prize.
****(NOTE: The person receiving the jackpot will not qualify for the second place or third place prizes. Numbers will be chosen until there are three individual winners)****
Winners of the lotto draw will be posted in the paper the next day and will receive there winnings promptly. The last day to buy tickets for the draw will be 8 a.m. (game time) on Day 615.

Like the person above, I have some concerns about the execution of this lottery. What assurances do those who enter have that this contest isn't rigged or isn't a scam?

I am american in real life and have no country bias due to the war. Also it is not just one person managing the lotto. There are a number of companies and individuals who have sponsored the lotto from around the world including eamericans.
you pay for a ticket and then are given a ticket number. The ticket numbers are assigned numerically and selected randomly by a computer.
If the winner does not have an organization the lotto payment can be over a week period, but with the gold prize the winner will probably buy an organization if they do not already have one.
I see... in that case, I'll be buying five tickets on behalf of 'Propaganda NOW!'. Would you be willing to have an interview with us at some point?
