Each of the four times I have run for Congress I've made my own arrangements with Top Five Party Presidents to get placed on the ballot as a properly FEC approved candidate. This month I belong to the USDP, and am proud of its fantastic organization team. However, I neglected to fill out the form and in IRC was not clear with our Election Organizer that I needed a Top Five placement. The deadline passed, I saw that I was not on the FEC sheet... I missed my stroke, totally my bad.

MAJOR EDIT: Jees, I am such a space case!
If I were going to try running as a "Not Qualified" candidate, it might have worked if I had quit the USDP and joined a Top Five and declared my candidacy.
Uh-DUH! I'm not a candidate.. I'm such a straight player I couldn't even pull off an unauthorized candidacy.
