Well my friends it looks like Harrison Richardson also known as Franco is running for country president yet again. Let's take a look at the life of this "statesman".
step 1 become CP through resignation
step 2 steal money from the treasury
step 3 create a fake lottery for personal gain
step 4 create some multis to cover up fake lottery
step 5 destroy the eUS forums and IRC channel
step 6 quit
step 7 come back as HR and become CP
step 8 lose re-election campaign during WWIII and emerick/pubilus save America
step 9 write 17 page bookdetailing all your corrupt actions and come out as Franco
step 10 get elected CP AGAIN
step 11 create shit storm with military due to your history of corruption
step 12 stroke epeen for 6 months
step 13 become Ambassador to iNCI and garner their support
step 14 run for CP and blame iNCI's actions on a "lack of communication" when you're the ambassador
