How to....Build up the eIDF; Part 2 (ENG/HEB)

Incorporating A National Army in Israel - PART 2
After my last article if we should build up another National Army or eIDF, I received a lot of msg about how we should go on.

In practical sense we should first determine if we really want an eIDF. It will not be an easy road, perhaps even quite bumpy, plus it will require a lot of work to build up and also to maintain.
If we collectively concluded that an eIDF is plausible and within the controllable parameters of our small society we should work systematically.
7 Points Plan:
1- The Government will appoint a Project Manager. He will be responsible for the complete set-up of the eIDF. He will communicate between the MU leaders and the Government. The Project Manager will receive a salary of the Government for his services AFTER project eIDF has been successfully
implemented, on a no-cure no-pay basis.
Names of some possible good candidates for the position of Project-Manager are: Comnir, Lieber7, John_TG and some others.
2- The project-Manager will create the google-sheet in which all co-operating MU's will be monitored.
3- The Project-Manager talks with all MU leaders about their co-operation in the Defense Council and tries to achieve agreement about dividing the Power Vote of the Defense Council.
(Power Vote = eIDF Leadership; see my previous article) When collaboration between a certain amount of MU's is achieved we progress to step 4.
4- Name change of existing and co-operating MU's. The names of the collaborating MU's in the eIDF will be slightly changed to for example: eIDF Sayeret Matkal; eIDF Samson etc etc. This name change costs 2G per MU, but will be paid by the Government.
5- The set-up of 3 special channels:
a- The general eIDF channel where orders can be given down.
b- A commander channel for the leadership of the eIDF, a war-room if you like. Here discussions will take about the organization and in times of war, the orders discussed.
c- A supplies channel, specially for giving supplies.
6- The Project-Manager hands down the eIDF project to the Defense Council and reports all points to the Government and will publish the results in an article for the eIsraeli people.
7- The Project-Manager will get his salary if all the points have sufficiently been dealt with.

אחרי הכתבה האחרונה שלי בנושא האם אנחנו צריכים להקים עוד צבא לאומי או צה"ל, קיבלתי הרבה הודעות לגבי איך אנחנו צריכים לעשות זאת.

במובן המעשי אנחנו צריכים קודם לקבוע אם אנחנו באמת רוצים צה"ל. זאת לא תהיה דרך קלה, אולי אפילו מלאת מהמורות, ובנוסף זה יצריך הרבה עבודה לבנות ולתחזק אותו.
אם אנחנו מחליטים שצה"ל הוא סביר גם במסגרת הפרמטרים שיש בחברה הקטנה שלנו, אנחנו צריכים לעבוד בצורה שיטתית.
תכנית 7 הנקודות:
1-הממשלה תמנה אחראי פרויקט. הוא יהיה אחראי לבנייה השלמה של צה"ל. הוא יתקשר בין המנהיגים של היחידות הצבאיות והממשלה. אחראי הפרויקט יקבל משכורת מהממשלה עבור השירותים שלו א-ח-ר-י שפרויקט צה"ל הושתל בהצלחה, בבסיס של אין-הצלחה אין-תשלום.
שמות של כמה מועמדים אפשריים טובים להנהגה של הפרויקט הם: Comnir, Lieber7, John_TG וכמה אחרים.
2-אחראי הפרויקט ייצור מסמך גוגל שבו כל היחידות הצבאיות שמשתפות פעולה יפוקחו.
3-אחראי הפרויקט מדבר עם כל מנהיגי היחידות הצבאיות בנוגע לשיתוף הפעולה שלהן עם מערך ההגנה ומנסה להשיג הסכמה בנוגע לחלוקת הקולות המשפיעים של מערך ההצבעה.
(הקולות המשפיעים = הנהגת צה"ל; ראו את הכתבה הקודמת שלי). כששיתוף פעולה עם כמות מסוימת של יחידות צבאיות מושג אנחנו ממשיכים לשלב 4.
4-שינוי השם של היחידות הצבאיות הקיימות ומשתפות הפעולה. השמות של היחידות הצבאיות משתפות הפעולה יהיה שונה בקצת. לדוגמה: eIDF Sayeret Matkal; eIDF Samson, וכולי. שינוי השם הזה עולה 2 גולד לכל יחידה צבאית, אבל ישולם על ידי הממשלה.
5-ההקמה של שלושה צ'אנלים מיוחדים:
א'-הצ'אנל הרגיל של צה"ל שבו הוראות יחולקו.
ב'-צ'אנל למפקדים של צה"ל, חדר מלחמה אם תרצו. כאן יתקיימו דיונים בנוגע לארגון ובזמן מלחמה, דיונים יתרחשו על ההוראות שלה.
ג'-צ'אנל לאספקה, בעיקר בשביל חלוקת אספקות.
6-אחראי הפרוייקט מעביר את צה"ל לידי מערך ההגנה ומדווח על כל הנקודות לממשלה ואף מפרסם את התוצאות בעיתון עבור אזרחי ישראל.
7-אחראי הפרויקט מקבל את המשכורת שלו אם כל הנקודות מולאו באופן מספק.

there is many things to do if we want to do it...
but i sure that this will be great.
Any way we can cooperate without changing our name? :3 We also won't recieve state supplies. :3
