How to build a strong economy within 2 months.

If we want to get out our military situation, we need a strong, balanced economy to produce necessary goods. In a small country like eSwitzerland, where workers are scarce, the best way to do this is with Q5 companies. Someone working in a Q5 company is like 5 people working in a Q1 company for food and raw, but with weapons it is 5 times better then that because durability also increases.
99 people are needed to run the optimal military supply chain:
11 fights a day is quickly enough reserves for the country to fight all out, and start providing for foreign fighters. The best part is that it can be payed for within 2 months. The high-Q raw companies cost 35 gold apiece, and it costs 370 gold to upgrade a Q1 company laying around to Q5, totaling 440 gold for 33 workers. It requires a little over 13 gold a person to build such an economy, which can easily be payed for in 2 months through hard workers, super soldiers, and leveling up. There are also some unused weapons companies, which are already payed for, and only require convincing the owner to let you use them. 99 people is close to the eSwiss population. With a little teamwork, we could become an economic power very quickly.
In addition, there is the net 78 food produced a day per person, which is not accounted for in this model and still allows a person to fight and stuff while waiting.

It's even easier and cheaper than you thought.
We can hire more than 10 workers in a compagny without reducing the productivity. So we can have 1 Q5 iron compagny with 40 workers. No need to have 4 of them.
I also already have 2 Q5 weapon compagnies we can use for the swiss production.
In 2 months? But wont the admins change the economy in 2 weeks?

Any ideas as to who should own the Q5 bread? That's the expensive part.

I am pretty sure most of us can produce our own food. Just have everyone work in an iron or weapon company. Food/grain is a waste.
Every 1 person in a Q5 weapon company produces 10 Q5 weapons needing 500 iron. So 2 people need to work in a Q5 iron company (2x250iron) to support the person in the Q5 weapon company. So every 3 people make 10 Q5 weapons.
Why not make the salary for this operation 3 Q5 weapons. Most daily salaries around the world can't buy this in their markets. The 1 Q5 weapon left will be put in storage for future use.

The point of having Q5 weapons is to focus fighting on individual days, and they are half as efficient on daily fights as food. Thus, a regular salary of Q5 weapons would be pointless. Food consumption on a fight has increased drastically. The main pay would be in free supplies come a fight day. A lot of people fight often, so food reserves need to be built up separately. Another issue is that we need food /weapons not just to supply the eSwiss, but also to supply foreigners who fight for us.
I agree that the Q5 weapons production should be done first. It only costs 35 gold, compared to the 370 to upgrade a food company. Also, instead of just stockpiling, having some of the tanks be discretionary makes sense. However, if you just give it to someone who has no place to put them, they will be waisted on the first fight. Mabey 2 Q5 instead of 3 per person? We should probably discuss this on IRC.

Oh, I forgot there are 2 health per food.
In that case, only 6 extra food a day per person needed to keep up with tanks.
3 people can produce 10 Q5 weapons.
=> They'll be used in 50 fights (but you need 50 Q5 food).
3 people can produce 100 Q5 food.
=> They'll be used in 100 fights (and you need nothing else).
So, with 6 people and if we distribute the products, everyone could fight 16 times and half of these fights could be done with Q5 weapons.
But if we want to stock some of these products, it would be pretty easy to reduce what is given to the workers.
